When Celestine heard of that, she instantly jumped awake, rushing to check on Alexander. On her way though, she saw an unexpected "visitor"...

Chapter 33's Ending:
In your dreams Jessica...
---------------------------------------------------------

"So you still want to fight? Bring it on Jessica. I'm not afraid of you."

"Oh of course you aren't! You can easily bring your father or your strongest man from the army since you are the queen now!" Jessica added with sarcastic laughter as a man went to join her.

The man leaned near to Jessica's ear, whispering warily.

"Isn't she the queen? How are you teasing her if she can easily kill us?"

This is going to be fun... Celestine grumbled inwardly, giving Jessica such a hard pat on the back that she stumbled forwards.

"She's one of my classmates when we were younger."

They were supposedly 'close', or at least that's the nice way to put it...

"Since you are so insistant on battling, we may have one tomorrow. Don't want to ruin the mood of coronation day, now do we?"

Jessica scoffed, giving Celestine a rough handshake.

"Deal. Mark and I will battle you and Alexander."

Snickering, Celestine cracked up laughing hysterically.

"Oh Alexander won't be fighting... I'll take you on one by one. That's a deal." Without waiting for a reply, she stormed off to realise that Alexander was right in front of her.

   "I saw that." He sang.

Celestine blushed, then recovering with an irritated tone.

"Yeah whatever. I will, though, be battling. Not joking. So make sure that the arena is available."

   -The Next Day-

Celestine got into her Archangel form, covering her dress with her battle gear. She hid her wings to give them an element of surprise. Instead of holding her staff, she held her sword. Glaring daggers at Mark, she lunged forward. Using his spear, he blocked each attack Celestine threw at him.

Although his eyes were filled with fear, Celestine's were filled with enthusiasm as she picked up speed. She kind of pitied the man for picking such an annoying woman like Jessica as his wife so she went easy on him at the begining before actually battling him.

She twirled swiftly, stabbing Mark in the side before chaining him to the wall. Jessica gasped in shock, screaming for him to transform. Transform? Out of the blue, the chains snapped, releasing one angry angel with sky blue wings, the highest magic rank. Celestine's jaw fell open but closed soon after as she recovered.

"Sky blue became common I see."

"It isn't common, I'm as powerful as you, my queen."

She laughed, humoured by his statement. Celestine then raised her hand to summon her staff. That, shocked both Jessica and Mark.

"You have not even seen half of my magical potential. Don't you know the basic rules of underestimation? Don't without knowing your opponent's level!" She spat, waving her staff.

All Celestine had to do was to cast a paralysing spell on him and with a flick of her finger, he fell. Once she knew that the battle had ended with her as the champion, she reversed the spell on Mark.

"Yikes!" That was all Celestine caught as Jessica exchanges her place with Mark.

She shot Celestine glares, taking out her familiar gauntlets. Except those ones were enhanced, crystal gauntlets. That also meant that she had been training since we were younger, like Celestine had been. She then ran closer to Celestine , starting to fist punch into the air. Using her instincts, Celestine revealed her wings and flew into the air. Jessica gapped in awe, standing there rooted to the spot.

Using her shock to her advantage, Celestine dived down and cased herself in her wings. She then spun in circles with great speed, creating extremely strong gusts of wind which soon formed a twister. In the process, Jessica got caught in it. She screamed, trying to use her gauntlets to injure Celestine or get out of the wind current but failing miserably.

Celestine used a whip to coil the string around Jessica's waist before slamming her roughly into the ground. She went in at least a few meters deep, going deeper with the impact from the gauntlets.

Celestine landed, realising that Jessica had got back up. She positioned herself for another attack in case Jessica gave her another blow. but she never did. Instead, she fell onto the floor in defeat. So, still think your better? Celestine helped her up, bringing her to the benches.

"Good game... Good game." Jessica muttered, shaking hands with Celestine.

She might think that it was Jessica's tatic to give her a surprise attack, but it was not. Jessica admitted defeat.

   "You have really improved!"

"Of course I had to. How else could I lead a tribe?"

"You are going to be a great queen! Well, till we meet again."

With that, Celestine went to the spectators seats where Alexander was and gave him a warm, lovely hug.

   "See, no worries."

They calmly walked back to the master bedroom where Celestine removed her battle gear. She hid her archangel form again, revealing the dress she wore before. A simple layered-dress in the shades of pink, purple and blue. She then went for a shower while Alexander started with his work as king. He headed for his office and sat on that big chair.

Unscrolling the list, it rolled all the way to the door. Looks like I'm going to have to work "overtime"... Growling in fustration, he started scanning through the letters, signing on the doccuments assigned to him.

Celestine went down to join Alexander after having a short rest which relaxed her mind. I wonder how he's coping. When she opened the door though, Alexander wasn't there. On his list, only one thing was not settled, much to Celestine's surprise. He's fast. When she saw the last quest though, she nearly fainted.

   Why was he so foolish?!
