A sleepover. We decided to plan a sleepover tomorrow night at Angela's place. Great! We called each other over. We planned what to bring and what to do. We got Kate and myself on the list. The others were too busy to come over. It was all good and ready.
The next day came. We three decided to go out. We headed to the mall to go shop for food to eat later that night.
The mall had different stuff connected to it. It was not like any other mall. I mean one corner has a bouncy house, another has huge toys in display. I don't even know. This mall was weird. Angela decided we go to this new library. It just opened today in the second floor of the mall. We went up the elevator and found it right around the corner. The library was called, "Crest Library."
We went inside. The library looked old and rusty. It had that old feel to it. The library was huge. There were a lot of books. I looked down for some reason the ground had water. The water began rising up until my legs. I looked around. People didn't seem to care. No one was surprised by what was happening except us. I asked them,
"Where the hell did the water come from?"
"I don't know. Ha! Let's go follow it," Kate suggested.
We followed where the water came from. Up ahead we saw a door.
It looked weird. It had a note saying "Do not open." The water definitely came from this door. We saw the water seeping through the sides of the door.
"Let's open it," Kate suggested.
"No, no I don't think we should," I told her nervously.
However, Kate's curiosity went over her and she opened the door. It happened so quickly. The water flowed out. I felt the strong and hard currents flow right in my face. Wooooooshhhhhhhhhhh! I looked around we were underwater. I looked at Kate and Angela. Then, I looked at myself. Wtf?! Where did the diving suits come from? We were suddenly here underwater with diving suits floating nowhere.
I looked around. We looked like we were probably in the deepest part of the sea. There was nothing around us but the opening of the library which was far away. We got swooped by the current so far that the opening was getting smaller. I looked up. There was only light and nothing else. Below us were sand and rocks. We decided to swim near this huge, huge, huge rock.
We circled around the rock. Then, we realised we were swimming around a huge cave. We swam around it more to find the opening when we saw something. Something huge and dark. It was hiding in the cave. It roared loudly that the ground shook from the vibration. That's when I knew we made the wrong decision in opening the door.
To be continued...
