Prologue

Nobody wants damaged goods. When you're rusty and dented that's all they see. They don't care how you got that way or who you are. Your imperfections are what they like because it makes them feel more perfect.

But all that really means in life is that you hide your blemishes and you bluff perfections to the world. If you don't you're the one that gets pointed at and laughed at and ridiculed and marginalized.

When life is a game of bluffs you can't succeedunless you can act like you already have. Most of the time the bluff will work,but sometimes you fuck it up. This is a story of a love, but this is not a lovestory. This is a story about a girl who was finally dealt a good hand, and wasable to stop bluffing.
