Darken Me {Dark Niall Fanfiction}

Chapter 4

Ari's POV

We started to head back to the house, because it was getting dark and Bobby has his flight in the morning.

Personally, I don't know how to feel about staying with Niall. Ever since I told him about what happened to my family, he's laid off. But I'm not sure if this is just a phase.

Him and I were holding hands as we walked back to the house, and I surprisingly didn't mind it. He was gentle about it.

He was also quiet the whole walk. Which I didn't mind either, it was just a bit awkward.

We got back to the house and went inside to see Bobby carrying his bags down the stairs. Niall let go of my hand and went over to help him. They sat all of his bags on the couch while Bobby got his keys out of his pocket.

"Wait, I thought you were leaving tomorrow morning?" Niall said, basically speaking my mind. I thought he wasn't leaving tonight!

"Well, they said that they needed me as soon as possible. So I thought that I would take the flight tonight. It's at 9:00 p.m. so I should probably get going. I'm sorry Ari that I didn't stay long, but they need me. Niall will take good care of you and Lucie. I will see you in a few weeks! and Niall, please don't destroy the house." Bobby said. I chuckled as well as Niall.

"Don't worry dad, everything is under control on my watch." Niall said squeezing my hand as he spoke. I hadn't even notice that we were holding hands until he squeezed my hand.

Wow this made me nervous. I'm alone with Niall, and my little sister. This can't be good. Hopefully when Lucie is home, he will lay off. But I don't know what to expect from him anymore.

"Alright! Well I better be off! Bye guys." Bobby said giving each of us hugs.

I really should pay attention to my surroundings, because I had no clue that Lucie was beside me until Bobby gave her a hug.

Bobby went out of the door, loading up his car with his luggage and zoomed off down the road. Gone.

Since it was about 8 I decided to take a shower. Whenever I take showers, it feels like my relaxation time, like an escape from reality.

I ran up the stairs to my bathroom, quickly locking the door behind me. I stripped my clothes of and jumped into the shower, letting the steamy water flow over my body.

I have always loved singing in the shower, because that was the only place that no one could hear me, or judge me. I have always had a secret love for country music too.

So I started to sing the song that I've always loved.

"You should have kissed me.

You should have pushed me up against the wall.

You should have kissed me.

Just like I wasn't scared at all."

I have no clue why I loved the song so much, but I just always have.

I quickly shampooed and conditioned my hair, then went on to wash my body.

After I was all washed, I stepped out and wrapped a white fluffy towel around me and walked out into my room, hoping that Niall wasn't in there. But of course, he was.

He started to walk towards me, until I hit the wall. His lips instantly crashed into mine. His kiss was much more gentle than the last time.

His hands were skimming over my towel covered body as our tongues danced with each other.

He finally pulled back and looked into my eyes that were the size of golf balls. I really wasn't expecting that.

"I heard you in the shower." He said huskily into my ear. "You have a wonderful voice."

"Spying on me eh?" I asked with more confidence than I ever had before.

He smirked. "Indeed I am."

"Well, I would like to get dressed so go away." I said shooing him out of my room.

He frowned as I shut the door in his face.

I slid down my wall, dazed at what just took place moments ago. That kiss. It felt like it meant something to me. But I couldn't figure out why.

This was definitely going to be a long three weeks.

Sorry it's so short. I just felt like I should update. it's a really crappy chapter but oh whale.
