Start of public future and love

Victoria, Crown princess of Sweden is walking with her long-time boyfriend Daniel Westling. It's cold but beautiful February morning 2009.

Victoria and Daniel love both outdoor life and they are walking at Drottinglom castle's park always as possible. But today there is something special. Daniel is very nervous because this will came the day which will change his hole life. He doesn't even notice life guard anymore; He is shake down.

Victoria and Daniel arrived at pond which is one of their favorite places. Daniel gathered his courage and kneel down. He propose Victoria. "Yes, Yes!" says Victoria and cried. Daniel can't believe; he has got the crown princess of Sweden to his own.

Victoria is very glad. This she has waited mony years since the year 2002 when the couple start court. They turn back towards the Drottningholm's castle where hole Victoria's family is in session.

Victoria and Daniel calm down because they want to surprised king and queen like everyone other couples. Specially Victoria needs her marriage to permission for her father and ministry.

When the couple tells the news Victoria's family is very happy. The king leaves ask the permission for the ministry meanwhile Victoria's younger siblings prince Carl Philip and princess Madeleine start arrange family celebration dinner. The new isn't public yet.

Daniel calls to his parents because he wants tell the news also for them. "Hello mom! Would you take the speaker on?" "Of course wait a second", answered Daniel's mother Ewa Westling. Soon Daniel hears his father's Olle: "Well my son what do you want to tell us?" "Sit down", says Daniel and continues: "I proposed Victoria today and we are going to marry!"

Daniel's parents are very surprised. Of course they know Victoria well but they never believe that their son would marry the crown princess and future queen of Sweden.

In the evening is the hole family dinner where have called also future son in law's parents. Everybody have fun while dinner and they know each other better.

After few days is organised press conference where the engagement will published. Engagement is main new expect Sweden also others European countries.
