HEY GUYS SO A LITTLE WHILE AGO I STARTED WRITING SOMETHING ABOUT A CROSSOVER WITH CASTLE AND MY FAVORITE MOVIE EVER ! JURASSIC WORLD, RiGHT NOW IT'S A ONE SHOT BUT AFTER YOU GUYS READ IT LET ME NO IF U WANT ME TO CONTINUE ! BE HONEST !!!

Owen Grady walked up to the door and knocked.

He folded his arms and waited for the door to open. a few moments later the door opened and he smiled.

The door opened and he was surprised with the person who greeted him.

"Err is Rick here?" He said and the woman bit her lip.

"Yea.." She said and opened the door. He thanked her and walked in.

"He's in his office writing." The brunette said and Owen nodded.

"So he really became a famous writer." He said to himself.

The woman raised an eyebrow, "Sorry?" She said.

"Owen!" Rick yelled. "Hey Ricky." He said and shook his hand.

Rick laughed and gave him a hug. "Owen I'm assuming you met Kate." He said and took Kate's hand.

She smiled and snuggled into his side. "Yes I had the pleasure." He said and shook her hand.

"Wow how long has it been?" Rick said. Owen scratched his jaw and chuckled.

"Too long Ricky." He said and they sat down.

"I just left the unit." He admitted and Rick opened and closed his mouth.

"But you loved it in Hickam." Rick said shocked.

Owen sighed and nodded, "I did but I decided it was time to try something new, I was offered a job in Costa Rica.. as a trainer for Jurassic World." He said and Rick's eyes widened.

"Really?! Wow." He said and Owen nodded.

"Yea.. Mr. Masrani tells me you're a good friend of his." He said with a slight smirk.

Rick chuckled, "Yea, he's a fan of the books." He said.

"So you really did it." Owen said and Rick Pressed his lips together.

"Yea.." he trailed off. "Owen you probably hate me for leaving." Rick said.

Owen shook his head. "No Ricky, I knew you weren't happy being a seal, you were the best one there but you dream was to be a writer." He said.

Rick nodded, "Being a navy seal was an amazing experience but you're right, being a writer is my passion." He said.

Owen smiled and nodded. "And I'm guessing Miss Kate over here is also your passion." He teased and Rick smirked and stuck his tongue out.

Kate blushed and bit her lip. She had been silent, Rick..herRick had been a navy seal?!

She was shocked, absolutely shocked! She was surprised after 2 years of marriage that he never told her.

She sighed and looked up to see Rick writing something down.

"So what is your job going to be?" He asked. Owen took a deep breath, "I'll be training Raptors." He said and Rick's jaw almost dropped.

"Raptors! wow!" He said and Owen chuckled.

"Oh now Ricky, you shouldn't be so surprised, remember when we took down that crocodile in Zimbabwe." he said with a smirk and Rick chuckled.

"Ahh yes, I think my arm looked like it was chewed up and spit out." He said and they laughed.

Kate stood up and walked out.

"I ugh... she's probably mad at me, she doesn't know about this." He said and Owen made an (Ooh.) "Sorry Man." he said.

"I was wondering if you wanted to come with me?" Owen said.

Rick smiled sadly and ran a hand through his hair. "I really wish I could but..I have a family here." he said and Owen sighed.

"Right.." he said.

"How about I come visit?" He said and Owen nodded.

"Sure man, just let me know." He said and RIck nodded.

"Will do." he said and gave his long time friend a hug.

After Owen left Rick took a deep breath and walked into the bedroom where Kate was on her side facing away from him.

"Kate." He whispered. Kate wiped her eyes and shook her head.

"I'm so sorry I didn't tell you." He said and she took a shaky breath.

"Why?! Why didn't you tell me." She said, hurt evident in her voice.

"I guess I just wanted to bury that part of my life away." he said and she sighed.

"I thought you trusted me." She said and He took her hand.

She sat up and wiped her eyes. "So that's why you're so muscular." She joked and he chuckled.

"Shh, it's a secret." he said and kissed her.

She smiled and snuggled into him. "I better go get Josie." She said and he nodded.

She got up and walked out. she went into the nursery and smiled.

Her daughter was ready for her food.
