Running Away

Avery P.O.V:

    I put my hands in front of me as my father hit me so hard in my stomach that I could feel everything crush in. I felt it looking up at him " You are such a fucking bitch just like your mom ". He slurred from drinking to much alcohol. I held back my tears as he leaves the room. I quickly wobbled on my feet dashing upstairs as fast as I could before he came back to hurt me again. I'm leaving this time and I'm not turning around nope.

     I went to my room locking the door and going over to my dresser. Time to get out. Time to finally leave this house, this misery, and this family. I've put up with it for ten years I am done. I packed everything I had which is one suitcase. I heard footsteps coming up and a bang come on the door. " Avery Lin get out here right now before I come in " Oh no he's back already no I have no way. I glanced at my window just as he banged his hands on it cracking the door.

   I have no choice. I ran to the window trying to open it, but it wouldn't budge. Come on. He did it again and some wood fell of the door. I grabbed the nearby chair throwing it at the window as the window shattered " Avery Lin you did not just break that window " He said. Now where you could see his face in the door. I quickly moved the glass putting my suitcase out and jumping out sliding down the roof. Wait. I looked down to see how far it is.

          Oh my god its so far I can't no. I looked up at the window seeing him there I have no choice. I closed my eyes jumping down " AHHHHHHHH " I fell on the ground hard. Owwww. I sat up struggling to my feet and grabbing my bag and running. I don't know where I'm going but hopefully I get there fast. I know he won't let me go that easy he'll come after me that means I have to go to another city away from here but all I have is three dollars.

        I Walked in the street not knowing till I looked over and seen a car going right to me and nobody was looking " AHHHHH " I screamed as it startled who was in it and they pressed on break. I put my hands in front of me hoping they wouldn't hit me but when I looked in front it was so close to my face but the car was stopped. I breathe heavily as people got out " Oh my god what were you doing in the road ". I looked over to see a boy with short brown hair standing there and I just froze.

     Now four more boys came out one with brown eyes and hair with a bandana, and the other two I remember from somewhere Aaron Carpenter I think, Carter Reynolds, and Cameron Dallas. I don't know how talked to me first though I looked at them scared but they gave me confused looks " Are you okay? " Cameron said going up to me. I stepped back " Avery!" I looked behind me to see him standing there. I quickly ran behind Cameron. 

      He was as shocked as I had to hide behind him " Please don't let him hurt me ". They looked over at my dad " This doesn't involve you get out of the way ". They all stood in front of me " Why should we " Aaron said snapping as the first guy came by me where my father wouldn't see. " Come on get into the car so he won't get you " I didn't trust this person I don't know them, but I trust them more then my dad so I nodded as he lead me into the car and put me in the back.

      He looked at me worriedly " Why's that guy trying to hurt you " I looked at my hands fiddling with them " Its my father and " but before I could finish the other guys dashed in locking the doors " He's nuts man we need to get out of here " Yelled the guy in the bandana and pounded on gas driving away. " What's your name anyway " The guy that I was talking to said " I would say the same thing " The boys looked at me like I was crazy.

         " I'm Brent Rivera a famous Viner now who are you " I ran a hand in my ugly greasy hair. " I'm Avery Lin West " They nodded as I told them the whole story since when my mom past ten years ago to twenty minutes ago. " Oh my god that is horrible. So, that's why you were in the middle of the street " Brent said as I nodded and the others were just in shock. " And you would have ran me over if it wasn't for my screaming you should really focus on the road ".

            They all nodded slightly embarrassed " So where were you planning on going "  I sighed rubbing my arms " I-I don't know I just planned on running " They looked at me like I was crazy. Again. " You mean just running away. Running the streets with barley anything. " I nodded biting my lip then it hit me that I left all my things in my suitcase and its back there. " Do you have any money " I nodded putting out my three dollars as they looked at me with are you serious looks.

       I nodded " Its all I got and the clothes on my back and my shoes ". They shook their heads in disbelief great now their judging me just what I needed I sighed.  "Just drop me off okay you don't have to worry about someone like me pop stars. " I rolled my eyes as the guy in the bandana that I figured out was Taylor stopped I opened the door getting out " Sorry I ruined your evening " I said slamming the door shut and started walking away when it just decides to rain great.
