Chapter 6: Sleepover Pt. 2

A/N: Okay guys so just a little heads up I will be using songs that have already been made by other great people and say Aaron made them just so you guys aren't like "HEY HE DIDN'T MAKE THAT SONG!" Ha yeah but anyways guys hope you guys enjoy the chapter and their might be another out today not sure yet though but anyway see you doods later.

Aaron's POV

Jess was downstairs watching T.V., while I was working on some music of mine. I was making a new song called 'Find The Pieces' and it's about how people who don't remember their past lives go try and look for the pieces of it. I really had a big passion for music starting because of my dad. He used to play guitar, but that was pretty much all he played. He taught me when I was about 5 and it was really cool so now I play music for sort of a living since I play in the park with a couple of friends of mine. I kept playing the tune over and over again until I finally figured out the last bit of the song. I then started playing the instrumental and started to sing the lyrics to the song.

Jess' POV

I was watching T.V. and I heard music coming from Aaron's room so I went upstairs to see what he was doing. I quietly opened the door, but enough so that he wouldn't see me and then he started singing.

The city it runs cold today

I opened the door all the way, but quietly and sat on his bed and applauded him and said, "Wow, that was great Aaron!" "AHHH!" he said screaming and falling off of the bench he was sitting on. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry Aaron I didn't mean to scare you!" He laughed then said, "Ha don't worry about it's not like you did it on purpose." He smiled at me then I started to blush. "So what do you wanna do Jess?" "How about we just order pizza and watch movies?" "Sure that's cool."

1 hour later

Finally , the pizza arrived and Aaron and I started to watch movies. He sat down and I asked him, "So um what movie do you wanna watch?" "How about The Lego Movie?" "OOOH YAY I LOVE THAT MOVIE!!" I screamed so loud that I probably woke up his neighbors."Jess?" "Yeah?" "Next time you scream can you warn me so I don't go deaf?" he said as he laughed and smile. "O-Oh sorry," I said as I started blushing.

(TIME SKIP TO 9:00 PM)

Aaron's POV

It was 9:00 and I was still laughing at Terminator: Genisys because the Terminator kept trying to smile and it just killed me. A couple minutes later the movie was over and I turned it back to regular T.V. I looked down at Jess and saw that she was sleeping on me and couldn't help but to kiss her forehead because of how beautiful she was when she was asleep. I slowly got up and put the rest of the pizza in the fridge then took a shower. When I got dressed up into my pajamas(which was just some basketball shorts)I went downstairs to make sure everything was locked and that all the lights were turned off. When I was walking upstairs I heard Jess shiver in her sleep, so I went upstairs and got her a blanket and a pillow for her and kissed her goodnight on the forehead. I went back upstairs, closed the door, turned on the T.V., and went to bed.

(The Next Morning)

It was 8:00 AM when my alarm clock was going off so after about 5 minutes of trying to sleep through it I had to turn it off. I got up and went to the bathroom to brush out my hair and to do my hygiene. After I did that I quietly walked downstairs and saw Jess still sleeping on the couch. I chuckled then walked over to her, sat on the couch and quietly tried to wake her up. "Jess...Jess c'mon wake up. Jess it's time to wake up," I said whispering and slightly shaking her. She didn't wake up and all she did was turn around and groan angrily. I had to think of way to get her up or she would probably sleep in until noon.

A few minutes later I had an idea that would be double as effective when I did it. I ran back upstairs to my room and search through a bin of some old stuff that I used to prank my friends with and found an air horn. I smiled and chuckled evilly then went back downstairs and stood about 2 feet away from where Jess was sleeping. "Well, here goes nothing!" I said yo myself in my thoughts. I pushed down on the button and all I could hear at that moment was a blaring sound. I saw Jess scream and fall on the floor, but luckily there was a big fluffy carpet right there so I know she wasn't too hurt.

"Ooowwww Aaron why did you do that?" she said in a whiny little kid voice as she tried to sit back on the couch. "Ha, well there was 2 reasons. Reason 1, You wouldn't wake up and number 2 is because that's payback from yesterday," I said as I smirked at her. "You're such a meanie, you know?" She said as she was folding up the blanket. I walked over to her, hugged her and said "I know." I could tell Jess was blushing because her face heated up and I could see red on her cheeks out of the corner of my eye. I departed the hug then she asked, "Well um d-do you know where my stuff is so I can go and change?"

I pointed to my room upstairs then said , "It should be on a chair." "Okay t-thanks," she said as she walked upstairs. When she got upstairs I walked into the kitchen and quietly said aloud to myself, "Jess you are so beautiful when you stutter."

Will Aaron and Jess confess their feelings soon or leave their friendship as it is?
