Chapter 34:

I sat there shocked. I was getting worse and my family did know, just Faith. I ran my hand through my hair.

"When will I turn into this monster." I asked.

"Melissa we can-

"When!" I asked.

She sighed.
"A day or two.. We can stop it. Starve you ."

"Which can kill you Melissa." Johnny said.

"You can't go without it." Michael said.

"So either or.. I'm gonna change."

"Yes and this thing keeping you in here won't for long. We have to tell them Melissa."

I looked at her.
"No , I'll stop eating."

"You can die-

"Than so be it. I'm tired of running away, there is no cure. Telling them I'll turn into a monster and slaughter the whole pack. I can't keep doing this. " I told her getting up.

"Melissa." Johnny and Michael said following me.

I went to the border line and waited.

I need to see my pack. Now.
I said through link.

Slowly they came.
Jason,Kyle,A very pregnant Sara, Donny, Amy, Alec, Fred and others.

"I have something to tell you, and as your Alpha and friend you must respect my decision."

"What is it?" Kyle asked.

Faith appears behind me. She looked at them and they had worried expressions.
"I'm fine. " she assured them.

"Within the next couple of days.. I will become the monster within. So for now on to save me from it. Don't let anyone feed me. "

"Are you kidding me, you will die Melissa" Amy said.

"I can die.. Yes, but if I turn into a monster. I will kill this whole pack. I don't want that, I don't want my kids seeing me like this as it is. Please."

They all looked at eachother.

"I know I'm asking allot. Faith is helping me. If the council finds out about me. I will die."

"I am keeping her alive and safe in here."

"She will starve , she will go after you Faith." Fred said.

"She can't , Alice put a spell on me. Even if she took a bite it will be acid to her mouth."

I looked at her, oh now she tell's me.

"Please Jason. As my beta. My friend do not let anyone come to the border to see me.. Even .. Even Vikki. Alpha orders." I said in Alpha tone.

He closed his eyes and sighed.
"Yes Alpha."

"That goes for all of you. No one is to pass you. All of you will take shifts guarding me. Except for Sara and Amy of course.. Take care of those pups. Leave and stay with Alvin.. Tell him come see me when you get a chance."

"Yes Alpha." They all said.

I smiled and put my hand between us. They all slid there hands on the border.
"This isn't the end."

"Damn right it isn't." Donny said.

"We should go. " faith said.

I nodded we were walking away but I stopped.
