{ Kyle's P.O.V }
I walked down the hall, through the cowards following me. I probably had a thousand eyeballs looking at me, creepy. My best friend, Alex Dorame, pulled me aside to her locker to help me escape.
" Hey Kye! I had to save you from the crowd. How is my giant? ", she acknowledged with a laugh.
Alex was a sophomore in our school, L.A. High, unlike me..I'm a senior. She loves to dye her hair a lot, she has it currently blue.
I looked down to short Alex. " Thanks for saving me shortie. I'm good, not much shiz is going on..just my father got another bonus, so we can buy for shit we don't need " I said and rolled my eyes.
I leaned against the other lockers, trying to ignore the crowds coming towards me.
If you didn't know, my father is mayor of the city, Columbus, Ohio. Everyone views me as a rich and a " popular " boy, when really I'm just some lazy ass .
When Alex was blabbering about her pointless drama in her life, I looked into the crowds. I looked the the incoming people walking through the crowd. There was one particular boy who caught my eye.
He had long, black, scene hair, and blue eyes that sparkled. He looks like a new student, and probably confused about where to go.
I stood straight and leaned to grab the boy's wrist over to me and Alex, which made Alex stop talking.
The boy looked up to me with fear. I let go of him and put my hands up.
" Hey, it's okay. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm Kyle David Hall " I said as I put my hand out to give him a hand shake.
" L-like the mayor's s-son and y-youtuber ? " the boy shook.
I bit my lip. I hope he didn't just view me like everyone else does.
" E-exactly the youtuber and mayor's son. What's your name? " I asked.
" J-Johnnie...Johnnie Guilbert " he choked.
He seemed to be afraid, but I kept a positive attitude.
" What class are you in school? " I asked, curious.
Johnnie looked at my hands. " I'm a sophomore "
Alex joined the conversation all of the sudden. " Me too!! " she yelled. " Oh and I'm Alex! "
Johnnie smiled at Alex and then looked at me again.
His eyes twinkled as he glared at me. His smile faded quickly when he looked at me with the exchange of fear.
" Why d-did you grab and talk to me? " Johnnie asked nervously.
I examined Johnnie head-to-toe.
" Well since you're new, I thought you could start off a good year with new friends! " I said joyfully.
Johnnie's eyes widened at the word friends .
" F-friends? ", he repeated .
I was confused at his question.
" Yes friends " I answered .
Johnnie looked at his hands and the floor.We stood there silently for a few seconds. I looked at Alex, and she looked at me back. She nudged me to do something.
" Hey Johnnie. Do you wanna come over to my place after schools do chill with me? " I offered, and smiled.
Johnnie looked back up to me and blushed.
