The Observer Of Fated Retribution

I Was There.

I was there at the beginning. When all of this was for merely a corporation.

I saw the father wound the son. I saw the son attempt to destroy the father. I saw the father annihilate the son.

I saw the devil in both of them, though he would only give power to one.

I saw the angel meet the devil-son, and from their union the Child of Lightning was born. And though he was born to innocence, his bloodline meant he know no peace, for to be born from the devil is to belong to him.

I saw the child lose his mother and seek out the father. I saw the darkness in the father when he took the child in. Though the child possessed the power the father sought, the father could not harness it.  I was there when the father tried to murder the child and awoke the devil in him instead.

The Child of Lightning would become a man, and a hated man he would be. The planet would be engulfed in war as he attempted to draw out the great evil he believed the source of their corrupted bloodline. I saw the child hope that in eliminating this evil, he would free the world of his bloodline.

But it was not meant to be, for evil endures.
I saw the devil-son, resurgent, challenge the Child of Lightning. His own son, for familial bonds meant nothing to the clan. And so it was, that this wretched bloodline would expand and continue to make war with one another, at last plunging the world into final, fiery oblivion.

But as evil endures, good must as well.

In the chaos I saw the arrival of the Raging Demon. Indebted to the matriarch, I saw her ask of him the unthinkable; should she perish, that he should kill the father and devil-son.

And I watch as the one who wields Shun-goku-satsu bears down upon the devil clan. He is a foe unlike any they have faced, one who sold his very soul to become what they seek; power incarnate.

And now he comes for them.

Before this world burns, the Mishima bloodline will be brought to violent end.
