Rocky's POV
Today is day I meet my sister and I'm nervous as hell. The kids are in the tub, I'm getting everyones outfit while Dayvon goes and cook a quick breakfast. He was making sausage,eggs and grit. I got Jayla a white and gold Versace dress, and sandals.
I got Jayden a white polo with the black logo, true religion black jeans, gold and white Versace sneakers and a black Gucci belt and the gold G's.
I pick Day out a white polo with a black horse. Khaki pants, white foam posits, Chanel gold chain and a white Gucci watch.
I got myself a Michael Kors tan dress, nude red bottoms, Michael Kors nude purse matching diamond earrings, bracelet and necklace.
I went and washed the kids up and put there underwear on, lotioned them up then put a robe on them. We went down stairs and saw Day setting out plates. "Mhmm babe it smell good. You gonna have to start cooking everyday" I said
He gave me the 'stank' face then sat down and ate with the kids. We were eating and talked then I look at my watch and it's 11:00. "Dayvon O'Bryan take yo ass up stairs and get in the shower we got three damn hours to clean this kitchen and make sure the rest of the house is straight, get four people ready then get there by 3:30." I said gathering the plates and putting them in the dishwasher
"Aye Rocky who are you talking to" he said while getting up. I didn't say anything I just kept loading the dishwasher. "Oh ight that's what I thought" he said grabbing the kids and taking them up stairs.
I finished the kitchen and ran upstairs. The kids were watching tv and Day was in my shower. I grabbed my towel and went to the guest bathroom. I took a 40 minute shower and shave and got out. I lotioned up the put on a Victoria Secret set. I put on a big tee then started on my hair and makeup.
I curled my hair then did a white and purple eye shadow with a winged eyeliner and mascara. I got my nails done yesterday and they were a grey and blue marbled pattern with rhinestones.
Dayvon came in the room dressed and asked me to help put his watch on."Why you got my shirt on girl?" He asked as I put his watch on. "Because I needed something to put in now go get the kids ready their outfits are already picked out and on our bed and they had their shower already. " I said shooing him out the room.
I slipped my dress on then put my earrings, bracelet and necklace on then sprayed myself with Victoria Secret perfume. I grabbed my purse and shoes and went down stairs. I put my purse and shoes by the door then ran upstairs.
"Aye y'all grab y'all shoes and go downstairs" I said to the kids while fixing their clothes and hair. I added some oil to Jays hair and left Jaylas hair alone since she already got it braided yesterday.
They went downstairs and I looked for Day. I walk towards the door and heard him talking so I stopped.
"Yeah....what you mean....y'all for real?...uhhh okay.... Just get more facts before hand I don't want her be the wrong one and she gets hurt again.... Nah she think he ran out.... I'm hip...."
I walked in the room and leaned against the doorway waiting for him to finish. "....yeah bro.... Ight....one" he hangs up the phone and stands up "what's up babe y'all ready?" He asked. I nodded my head yes and we made our way downstair.
I heard him say bro on the phone so I'm not that worried but I still want to ask him about it. I'll just wait until we get in the car.
I packed the kids bags while Dayvon,Jaylen and Jayla put their shoes on. I packed Jayla her baby alive doll with its baby bottle, the diapers, some clothes and her iPad and Barbie coloring book with crayons. I packed Jaylen Batman and The Joker action figures with different batman capes and his iPad and Race Car coloring book with crayons.
I slid my shoes on then grabbed my purse. "Let's go" I said while opening the front door and unlocking the car. The kids ran out the door and Day grabbed their bags and headed out the door. The kids know how to strap in the car by themselves now so we hopped right in the car and touched road.
"Babe who were you talking to on the phone?"I asked glancing back at him then back to the road.
"Oh it was Shawn, one of the guys I introduced you to from Victoria Secret" he said looking at me then back to his phone.
"What did you mean you don't what her to get hurt. Who's her." I asked "it's a mission they don't know all the facts yet" he said "and babe I gotta start going back to work again. I was gone all week" he added
I was pissed. Not because he's leaving for work because I don't care he gotta get his money, but because he works at a strip club with bitches who don't like me. " k.." I said not caring after I thought about Tanisha and Natalie are gonna be there.
"You're not mad that I'm going back to work at the club?" He asked. I nodded my head "yeah but you gotta do what you gotta do to get yo money plus Lili of Nisha are always their to make sure you don't do nothing slick" he chuckled and nodded his head " I can always ask King to let me co-own one of his barber shops instead.
I nodded my head "yeah do that but in the meantime do what you gotta do" I said while grabbing my purse and getting out. I opened Jaylas door and she hopped out the grabbed her book bag. Dayvon held Jaylens hand while I had Jaylas and we walked into Franćo Diner and spotted my sister.
She cut her hair and it was died grey-ish blue. She had on a purple laced crop top with a black pencil skirt purple Louis Vuitton heels, a black Michael Kors purse, and gold earrings, necklace and watch. She had squared nude colored acrylic nails and nude lipstick with a tan, light and dark brown eye shadow with a small winged eyeliner and some mascara.
She had someone else with her but they were facing the other direction. I gripped Days hand tightly with my free hand and froze. "Woah mommy that lady looks just like you just with different hair" Jaylen said and Jayla nodded her head In agreement.
I didn't say anything I just stood there. "Babe I'll be here every step of the way. But in order for me to be there every step of the way you gotta take a step" Dayvon joked I smacked him upside his head then made my way to the table.
Ronnel noticed me half way there and stands up along with the other person. When I get to the table I see the person was Anthony and he was holding a pretty little girl.
I sit in a chair not paying attention to Ronnel, Anthony or the little girl. Dayvon sat to my left and Jaylen and Jayla to my right. "Uhh t-this is my daughter MaKya. She turned two last month" Ronnel said just above a whisper.
I nodded and picked up a menu. I received a pinch on my thigh. "Ouch Dayvon what th--" he gave me a stern look. I looked up my sister was in front of me, Anthony was in front of Dayvon and MaKya was in front of Jaylen. "This is Jaylen and Jayla..you have seen the on Instagram but they are five years old." I said looking at her then back to the menu
Jaylen and Jayla were on their iPads, MaKya was playing with a doll, Anthony and Dayvon was talking and I was ignoring Ronnel. Welp this is fun......
