A link to the photo you want me to use. I can manage without one but I would prefer for you to choose. If you don't have one, just tell me the basics i.e. Main colors? Any particular people on it etc.
A summary of your book.

You have to use the cover I gave you for at least a week. I don't want all my work to be done for nothing.
If you don't like the one I gave you, tell me and I'll remake it. Maybe you can try to be more specific so that I have a better idea of what you want.
