Its been a whole year since the last time you seen your best friend, Min Yoongi. He was always so busy with his hectic schedule. After one whole year you'd finally be able to spend time with him. You were so happy, so excited.

Today was the day. Yoongi was finally coming home! Your mom yelled for you from downstairs "(y/n) someone's on the phone for you!"

Aah that's probably him! You thought. You quickly ran downstairs. She gave you the phone. You ran into the living room plopping down on the couch.
"Hello?" The voice on the other end of line said
"Yoongi?!" You screamed excitedly
"Haha , so you didn't forget about me" he laughed
"Of course not! You're my best friend" you replied

Although Yoongi was your best friend. You always loved him more than that. You wanted to be more than just best friends, but you knew he'd never feel the same way.

"So you didn't forget about our plans either right?" He asked
You giggled " of course not silly. I've been waiting for this day for a whole year! I'd never forget"
"Okay , later then? Meet in the park?" He said
"Mhm" You replied.
You said your goodbyes and hung up.

You walked into the kitchen smiling like an idiot. Your mom giggled at the sight of you.

5pm came and you rushed to get dressed. All you were able to think about was finally seeing Yoongi. When you were done you shot Yoongi a text telling him you were on your way.

Few mins later you got to the park.
You sat on a bench under a tree. You looked around hoping to see yoongi, but there was no yoongi in sight. You texted him to let him know you were waiting for him. You impatiently looked up and down at your phone checking the time. As the hours passed you became fidgety.

Suddenly you got a text from yoongi.
Yoongi : sorry can't make it. Something came up.

You were devastated and hurt. This whole time you waited for nothing. He could've told you instead of waiting hours later to tell you he couldn't come.

You ran home with tears running down your cheeks. When you opened the door your mom asked you what was wrong , but you completely ignored her and ran up to your room. You slammed the door closed. You bawled your eyes out.
'I should've know he wasn't gonna come. It was to good to be true' you thought.

You got up and stretched not noticing it was morning. You ended up crying yourself to sleep. You got up and went downstairs. Your eyes felt so puffy and irritated from all the crying you did. When you went into the kitchen you seen Yoongi standing there.

"Ah you're finally awake. (y/n), sweetie look who came to see you" she smiled
Suddenly tears started to form in your eyes again causing your vision to go blurry.
"I Don't want to see him! I don't want anything to do with him" you yelled.
" (y/n) i-"
You cut him off " I don't want to hear any of your bs yesterday was supposed to be such a special day! But you just blew me off!" You yelled and ran back up to your room.

Moments later you heard a knock on your door.
"Cmon (y/n) let me in. I'm really sorry" he said in a soft , low voice.
"Go away" you cried.
You heard him sigh.
"I'll be waiting here so when you're ready to talk let me know okay" he said.

You let an hour go by. He'd gone quiet so you thought he left, but when you opened the door you seen him sitting their by your door asleep. You got on your knees in front of him.
he looked so precious , so delicate and adorable. You placed your hand on his cheek.
"I love you so much yoongi. I wish you'd love me back, but I know you never will. I know I should move on , but I just can't. It's impossible to stopping loving you." You sighed and kissed him on the forehead.
You removed your hand from his cheek and started to cry.
Suddenly he pulled you into his arms and held you tightly and close to him.
"But what if... I do feel the same... what if I love you too?" He whispered.
You backed up a little. He lifted your head up and made you look at him.
" I've always loved you too. I just never said anything. And yesterday was suppose to be a special day, I'm sorry (y/n) , but this day will be an even more special day. One neither of us will forget."
Suddenly you felt his lips against yours. Immediately you kissed him back. You were happy. You and Yoongi both confessed to eachother.

You both pulled away at the same time. Both blushing and smiling like idiots.
"Now be mine (y/n)" he whispered.
