Gone... The albino cat was gone! The blue-haired boy searched frantically around his room, almost turning his bedroom inside out and upside down. He sighed, putting a hand to his forehead as he looked at the strewn out objects on the floor. He closed his eyes and thought back carefully once again. Yesterday... He was so sure that he had placed it (very carefully) in a blanket on a cushion, to the left of his bed. At the moment, the cushion was all that was left of the cat, save for a few strands of white fur scattered on it. Soraru must had had made a lot of panicking noises, because a voice suddenly shouted at him from behind.

"Shut up! You can't just lose a cat in such a small house!" The high voice said rather obnoxiously. Already having been irritated by losing a cat in such a small house just as the voice had said, Soraru didn't turn around to the source of the voice nor question it. Instead, he just frowned very slightly unknowingly.

"I know! That's why I'm looking for it!" He replied irritatedly, scratching his messy blue hair, although of course expressing nothing on his face as usual. Geez, why was some random person telling him to-

Wait.

... Why would anyone else be in his apartment? Hoping that the situation wasn't what he thought it was, slowly, but surely, the blue-haired boy turned around.

And right there, sprawled on all fours on the floor by the entrance door, was a tiny white-haired boy with cat ears and tail... His fur was mangled and dirty; it was no doubt then it was the cat that Soraru had picked up. His sharp red eyes pierced right through Soraru as he gave him a cautious look, his white ears twitching and his tail swishing. Soraru was, well, in pretty deep shock. Internally. His face on the other hand just wore a very nonchalant look.

The catboy said nothing further; he only pursed his lips as he continued to lay on the floor, observing the blue-haired boy's expressionless face while occasionally twitching his tail. Soraru, too, took this moment to scrutinize the tiny albino in return. He had only just realised it but this albino cat's new form looked about the size of a young child that could probably fit perfectly sitting onto Soraru's shoulder... How did this even happen? A cat turning human... This wasn't some fantasy manga, oi.

However, his thoughts were soon interrupted by a small sneezing sound that sounded somewhat like toy squeak. Confused, he lifted his eyes from the albino and looked around for the source of the strange noise.

Squeak

The noise could be heard once again. Soraru blinked and turned towards the albino. He was shuddering and nose dripping with snot as he started to sneeze even more. At that moment, then did Soraru realise that the tiny cat-human was draped only in the blanket that was now too small for him, since Soraru had used to tuck it in before as a cat. The weather was rather chilly; Soraru realised that he had to get the small creature clothed quickly or he might freeze, fall sick or even die! Perhaps he was overreacting but the albino definitely needed something warmer, especially if he was like a baby.. child...?

Whatever the albino was, he was small and fragile, so Soraru frantically stood up, trying to reach his closet, clambering his way all over the mess that he had created from looking for the cat. He took a careless step, and Soraru tripped over a medium-sized box, falling flat on his face with a thud.

... His room needed a lot cleaning.

As Soraru sat himself up, soft snickering could be heard from behind. When he turned back, he could see the albino trying to hold in his laughter. The albino smacked his tiny paw on the ground multiple times amusedly and cried out, "What a lame human...!"
