'I hate you.'
'You don't belong in One Direction.'
'Kill yourself.'
Yep, these are the usual hate comments I get on a daily basis, I guess that's what I get for being the only girl in One Direction. I really don't care though, I mean more fame for me right? Like they say, haters make you famous. Yes, Simon Cowell put me in a group with Liam, Harry, Niall, Louis, & Zayn on The X-factor; horrible idea.
Well not quite I guess, sure the hate is annoying, but I'd rather get hate than not be able to be with these boys, nearly 3 years with them and they're are literally like my brothers to me, but of course all of our- excuse me all of their fans, would disagree. They all think I'm madly in love with at least one of them, some hate the idea, some actually ship me and Harry, which is weird considering he's like my brother.
"Scarlett!" I hear Harry call from downstairs. We live in the same flat, which is why most of the fans think that me and Harry have a thing for each other. Some think I'm just a whore and I 'throw myself at him.' Please.
"Yeah?" I ask.
"We have a day off today!," He says excitedly, "Let's go do something."
"Sure, what do you want to do?" I ask, actually pretty excited about having the day off for once, in a while.
"Let's go to Starbucks with Macie." He says smiling widely.
Oh, Macie. She's Harrys friend and to be honest, I don't like her. Now you might I'm jealous, but I'm definitely not! I just don't like her for him, she seems like she's only his friend because of his fame, plus I can tell she doesn't like me one bit.
"Uh, I don't know, I'll feel like third wheel.." I groan and take a seat across from him on the couch.
"Oh come on, you know I don't even like her that way.."
I roll my eyes, "Sure. I'm not going." I tell him.
He frowns, "Well that's too bad because I've just told her I'm on my way." He smirks.
"Harry! Did you even tell her I was coming?" I groan
"Uh well, no, but she wont mind!" He smiles and gets up to get his coat.
"Whatever."
When we get to Starbucks, I spot her immediately; it's not hard. She has fiery red hair, and she has a good body. You can't miss her.
"Macie!" Harry yells.
She snaps her head up, away from her phone, and has the biggest smile plastered on her face, that is until she spots me as well.
"Oh hey Harry!, Um you didn't tell me she was coming..?" She says through gritted teeth and a now, fake smile.
Harry turns behind to look at me and pushes me towards her, "Yeah, you guys have met before right?" He tries his best to have us get along.
"Yes Harry, we already met." I roll my eyes.
"Oh well um, Harry I was kind of hoping we could be alone.. I have things to talk to you about." Macie says with a smirk. Is she kidding me?
Harry scratches the back of his neck awkwardly and flickers his eyes between me and Macie.
"Umm well I kind of-," He starts
"Harry, it's fine, I'm actually kind of tired, I think I'll head back to our flat.." I explain.
"You sure? Because I kind of-"
"I'm sure, Harry. I'll see you later." I say sending him a half smile and not even bothering to take a second look at Macie. I honestly can't stand her, how dare she exclude me. I actually wasn't tired at all and I was looking forward to me and Harry's day together since we haven't had a day off in a while, and we're going on tour in a couple of weeks.
On my way home I decide to call up the boys and see if they're busy. I want to ask them to come over and have a movie night or something, I don't feel like going out at all really. Usually when I go somewhere public with them, I get some pretty bad hate. Of course the boys stand up for me, but it is still slightly hurtful when they ask me to take a picture with of them and the boys and exclude me. Although that rarely happens, I just don't feel like going anywhere today.
"Hey Liam are you busy today?" I ask him through the phone.
"Nope, why?"
"I was wondering if you and the boys could come over and we could watch movies or something? I'm going to be bored all day." I say
"Yeah alright, sure. We'll be there in a bit, bye!"
I smile to myself knowing I wont be bored all day, "Bye!"

FanfictionIt all started on the X-factor, when Simon Cowell decided to put me in a group with five boys, well, strangers at the time. He decided that we were all too talented to let go of. That was the day we all became a group.
