Ever After High is getting ready to celebrate Thronecoming! But one person isn't in the party mood. Suddenly, Apple doesn't care about following her destiny, just making trouble. But very few people have noticed, mainly because all of the fairytales swapped! They are suddenly the son or daughter of someone else now, they have a new fairytale, a new destiny.
They seem to have switched stories. For some reason, Apple is now The Evil Queen, Cerise is Cinderella, Kitty is Ariel, Briar is Snow White, Blondie is Cupid, Maddie is Pinnochio, Raven is Red Riding Hood, Ashlynn is Sleeping Beauty, Cedar is Goldie Locks, Polly* is the Cheshire Cat, Coraline** is the Mad Hatter, Cupid is... Pocohontas?
The rest of the fairytales are all muddled up too! However, while it seems like no big deal, it's changed almost everyone's personalities. Cerise is shoe obsessed, Blondie is a matchmaker, Kitty loves water and Apple becomes... the baddest of the bad? She no longer cares about the people, being the next Evil Queen, and hates Briar now.
Soon, their appearances change. Raven gets wolf ears, Blondie starts growing wings, and Cedar's hair turns blonde? They are starting to change completely. Ever After has been turned upside down. They need to fix this. Fast, because if they can't before the sun sets on Thronecoming, everything will be mixed up... forever.
