I jump up yelping in pride at my victory. I had just won the bet, and by the bet, I mean the bet. I had just witnessed it myself, ladies and gentleman, I have beaten my friends high score in crossyroad. By 200. My friend, Avery, looked over my shoulder and her eyes widen at the big 1647 on my screen. I turn to her and smirk.
"You owe me 35 dollars I believe." I say turning back around and screen shoting the glorious score.
"I didn't think you could do it, but here I am looking like an idiot." She says counting the money and handing it over.
"Well you thought wrong." I state shoving the money in my back pocket. I look at my watch and turn to Avery,
"I gotta go, see you tomorrow?" I ask.
"For sure." She says turning to her phone.
