The Guy Next Door (Cryaotic)

Ana's POV

My parents are going out of the country for a several years doing a business and they are probably not gonna live in Kansas anymore. They already bought a house in south Korea because they don't want to waste their money paying for an empty house. I already finished high school and I haven't thought of going to a college or university for the moment which is why my parents asked me to go with them. I decided to stay because I have a feeling that I might get lonely. I mean, staying in a house while my parents are out, working?

(1 Week Earlier)

I was playing games in my room and Mom came to me.

"Ana, honey, me and your dad are having a business project In South Korea, we have bought a house there."

"oh." I stopped.

"we are selling this house Ana, so pack your things and get ready. We will be moving in a week."

"can't I just stay here, mom? I don't have friends there. I might not have anything to do while you are out working." I answered

Mom sighed and said " I know you might said that. well then, here's a credit card!"

"really, mom? THANKS! I love you"

Later that night, I was ooVoo-ing with the 3 of my friends, Jenny, Emily and Boo.

"Hey girls! I have a bad news and I have a good news! The bad news is My parents are selling this house, and  going to move to korea next week.." I said

Jenny, Emily and Boo were shocked and were about to cry.

"I'm gonna miss you, Ana" Jenny said

"me too" Emily said

"Really Ana? I.."

"I Haven't tell you guys the good news yet!" I stopped Boo from talking.

"what is it?" they said at the same time

"I'm not going! They gave me this!" as I show them the Credit card.

"OMG, Ana! You are so Lucky! But where are you gonna stay?" Boo asked.

"Wanna go to Florida? Lets rent a house and stay together!" I asked them.

"Hell yeah!" they said at the same time, again.

After a several days for searching a house, we finally found one. A place where all of us can have our own room. We've  finished on decorating the place decide to rest for a minute. I laid down on the floor and notices my friends are whispering to each other. I saw Emily went to the kitchen and she took an empty bottle. I realized that they were going to play "Dare or Dare"

"na- ah. I'm not playing." I said

"oh, you are"  Jenny said and she did an evil laugh

After several times of spinning the bottle, of course, they cheated and in the end, I had to be the one chosen my the magical bottle.

"what shall we dare her?" Emily asked. Looking at me with a suspicious look

 "How about..... AH-HAH! Ana, I, I mean WE, dare you to go outside, ask one of our new neighbor to take a tour around this house!"

"GREAT IDEA, BOO!" Jenny said

"Marvelous!" Emily said

"No –guys– really? Ugh. I hate you!"

"If you don't do this Dare, you'll be spending the rest of your time doing the dishes, cleaning the house and do the laundry. Our laundry." Boo said

"how come you only get smart  on this kind of situation, Boo? Thanks-a-lot!"

"Very much appreciated" they said and we begin to laugh.

I obviously have no other choice. I mean who wants to spend their time cleaning?

So I went to my neighbor's house and knocked. There were no answers.

"I guess no one's home?" I told my friends as I speed-walked to my house.

"Try the other house" Jenny said

"Of course, Milady!" I replied

And I went to the other house which is on the right of my house. I knocked and someone opened the door. It was a guy.

"Hi, sir. Good morning! I mean afternoon" I said.

"Hi, ma'am. And good morning to you too."

"So.... what brings you here?"

"Oh, yeah. I just moved in and I was wondering if you.... uhhh - Just wanna tell you that we are now neighbours!" *Awkward laugh*

He stood up in silence for a while. And he suddenly saw my friends peeking.

"Ugh, this is frustrating. You see, my friends.. they dared me give a neighbor a tour around the house, I already went to that other house, but there was no one home. so --- do you want go on a tour around our house, please?" I said.

"sure. Can I bring my friends? Im Ryan, by the way Ryan Terry" He giggled.

"ah.. yeah! Sure! Mr. Terry! and I'm Ana. Ana Steward"

"please, call me Ryan. Okay, we're good to go! Ana, This is Felix, Scott and Ken. Felix, Scott, Ken, This is Ana."

"hello there! Shall we start the tour?" I answered awkwardly.

When I was walking home, I saw my friends laughing.

"I HATE YOU GUYS!" I screamed

"awwh! We love you, too!"

So,  I introduced them to my friends. And did the tour. a fast one.

"hey, we forgot your room!" Boo striked again

"I am so gonna kill you after this, Boo. I'm gonna stab you with a screwdriver!" I stared at her

"I wanna see you try!"

"sheesh, fine! Shall we go upstairs, again? gentleman?" and went upstairs.

"no no no! that's my room, your room is here, Ana! NO!" Boo screamed.

"oh, I thought this, is my room. My bad" I said sarcastically

So Boo takes charges and tell the guys to come in my room, instead of her room.

"BOO! Really? I thought I was the one giving the tour!" I giggled

"You have XBOX One?" said Ken

"and PS4? Scott continued.

"and apparently, she also has a PC" Felix added

"and she is still playing games" Ryan saw my game was on paused

"Ana, here, is really into games. She'd rather stay home than go out shopping with us." Jenny told them. I was lost for a moment.

"okay then, Sirs, the tour is done. Thank you for coming. and now, lets go downstairs to have a drink. –if you guys want." I winked

We had fun chatting with them and we exchanged our contact numbers and stuff. It was fun and at the evening. I received a call from Ryan on ooVoo. He asked me to play online games with him and I did. We spent a lot of time and didn't realize it was dawn already. So we ended it.

"good night, Ana." Ryan said. His voice were amazing. I could record it and play it all over again before I went to bed.

"you too, Sir" I replied and we both laughed and went directly to bed.
