This tree is where I will die. I have sat here thinking so long that I might as well. My head sits in my hands, and I run my fingers through my hair. I lift my head and look back to my right. My super vision making this quite easy. I sit in a tree about 25 miles away in a strait direction. My sight pierces through the space like its nothing. I see strait through the walls of Genesis. I see through every room, every wall, every cage. I see every person they have in there. If I wanted, I could learn everything there is to know about any person that works there, anyone who has helped or given information to them. But I don't feel like it. There is only one person that I keep any kind of tabs on. They won't even give her a name. She sits in a room. A cage more like it. They call her AX6890013. I am fourteen old and have been sitting here nearly everyday for the past eight years. When I finally found out about her and what was going on I was only six years old. Okay hold on, I'm way ahead of myself. You don't even know who she is and I am sitting here talking about stuff you have no idea about. Alright. She is my sister. I have never met her but i know everything there is to know about her. I am a pretty much certified genius. I use my entire brain. My father is a scientist and used to work for a huge organization called Genesis. I am 5'1 1/2 but am usually wearing my combat boots which give me an inch or two. My hair is sleek black except the tips which are a dark turquoise greenish color. I have wings that stretch an astonishing seventeen feet and are the same color as my hair, the tips turquoise and the rest black. My eyes are black. I can capture anyone with my eyes. If you look into my eyes, i can show you what you want most in life. I can show you even if you don't know yourself. My eyes will draw you in and never let you go. I also have razor sharp vision. I can see things clearly from at least 25 miles away. Maybe even more but I haven't tested it any farther yet so I don't know. I also have X-Ray vision which I use to see through the walls of the building. I look back to the building and see someone walk into her room. If I focus I can here the conversation. I can here anything if I focus on it. I really don't want to.
"So I've heard that you spoke out of turn AX6890013. So now I have a whole three hours with you." His grin is cold and menacing. "Let's go sweetheart"
"I am nothing to you but an experiment. As my name clearly says. Two letters and seven numbers. Like every other experiment. You may call me anything you so choose, as long as it is AX6890013. But I am not, in any way, your sweetheart." She does have her way with words.
"Whatever you say... experiment." He sneers the word experiment as if he has to remind here what she is. After fourteen years I don't think there needs to be a reminder. As he walks out of the room she follows. As soon as she steps out of the room the door closes and the man claps his hands one time, leaving the sound hanging in the air. At the sound, two large wolves step out of the dark corners of the hallway they follow close to her with their heads down. Ten minutes later, they arrive at a room. As the man and AX6890013 enter, the two wolves stand on either side of the door. She stands in the center of the room as she does every time. The man walks to the wall on the far left. That's where he keeps his tools. He grabs a chain and wraps it around his hand and then unwraps it. Repeating this as he walks toward AX6890013 with it. "Why don't you let out your wings. Let me see their beauty." As far as I know, she is similar to me. She has a layer of skin over her wings that protects them. She only lets her wings out when she is in her room, by herself. The scientist refuse to let her stretch them out. They don't want her to learn to fly and be able to do things they aren't ready for her to know how to do yet.
"My wings are not permitted to be 'let out'. If you want to see them so bad then why don't you convince your scientist buddies to let me use them. And then, maybe you will get to see them." The mans face twists as he realizes that he isn't really apart of the operation and is only here to discipline the experiments. Other than that, he is just a face among the crowd, and he knows it too. Finally his anger boils over and he swings the chain with all he is worth and hits her with it. Right across the back. Another lash hits her on the back of her head, on the back of her knees, buckling them forward, making her fall, catching herself on her hands before she can completely hit the floor. Taking advantage to her position on the floor, on her hands and knees, he puts his chain back on the wall and picks out a different chain with sharp spikes that are about an inch and a half long. My sister has done everything to keep her back from being stabbed. But at this moment, I don't think there is anything she can really do about it. He swings the chain way over his head and lets it fall hard on the center of her back. Her mouth opens like she is going to scream, but the scream never comes. The man's cruel smile fades when he realizes that the spikes didn't hit their mark in her back. He lifts his chain and looks closely at each and every spike. All of which are bent. There is no blood to soak her shirt from where the spike should have stabbed deep into her back. The man grabs a different chain, one with bigger sturdier spikes and takes another hit. He hits her hard over and over. Not one spike punctures her skin. This goes on for another three hours. Every time she attempts to stand, she is beat down. Her head is not spared and neither are her legs. Blood covers her legs and she screams when each cruel tool hits her. The only place spared from being ripped open and cut and stabbed is her back. For whatever reason, not one thing punctures her back. The door bangs open, making the man stop mid-swing.
