Stories on Wattpad: Three

1) How did you discover Wattpad?

Actually on Yahoo Answers. I was just casually browsing and found a question asking where a person could share their story and the top answer was Wattpad. I decided to check it out & eventually started posting on it myself.

2) How old were you when you started writing?

I think I was around 13 or 14 (I'm 16 now). I didn't take it seriously until recently, though.

3) What is the story behind your username?

Well, nard is from a nickname my sisters gave me of Leonard. Don't ask me why they call me that. & Clapper is actually my last name and the 06 is just because six is my favorite number. Hence nardclapper06 :D

4) Do you ever get writer's block? If so, how do you deal with it? 

I do get writer's block if I write too much at one time. It's like I run out of ideas and just can't think. I deal with it by getting away from writing for some time, maybe a couple of hours or days, it really depends on how bad it is. Sometimes I'll ask my friend Tabitha for ideas. She's also a writer on Wattpad (fitchgirl2013).

5) What inspires you to write?

Anything and everything, honestly. It can be from something simple such as a good song or it can be something from my life.

6) Would you ever like to have your stories published?

Of course. That would be amazing. 

7) Do you ever get inspiration from pictures that you see? 

Yeah, like I said I can get ideas from the littlest things, pictures included.

8) Do you believe that your writing has improved since joining Wattpad?

I actually do. It helps when you have people comment on your stories and give you feedback.

9) What is your favorite Wattpad writer or book?

I don't really have a favorite author but my favorite book is a tie between, "Their Paid Girl"  or, "Playing Evelyn."  They're both well written with great plots. Also I'm a sucker for romance stories.

10) Who is your favorite professional author?

I really like Ellen Hopkins or Sarah Dessen. They're both amazingly talented! 

11) Do you have any advice for other Wattpad authors?

Never give up on your stories and always keep a pen and paper around so you can write down your ideas as they come to you. Good luck and happy writing! :D
