Home Sweet Home?

Ciel's POV:

The queen gently walked me down a large hallway; with Alice following behind. We soon got to two large doors at the end of the hallway. The queen opened the large doors and walked into the room. A large mirror stood in the center of the room, with vines and flowers wrapping around the top of it. She nudged me towards it. "Here it is young earl, just step right through that mirror and you'll be back at home." She said sweetly. I nodded, "I'll leave to alone for a moment to say your farewells." She said as she left the room.

I turned towards Alice, "Alice, come with me." I said as I grabbed her hands. She sighed and took her gaze away from mine. "Ciel, I would love to, but I can't, if I left, everything would fall apart and my story would cease to exist. I can't do that to them Ciel, I belong here." I took my hands away from hers and held my hand up; she flinched and shut her eyes tight. I cupped the side of her face, forcing her to look at me, "I understand..... I will miss you dearly." I told her softly. She nodded and tears started streaming down her face. I took the opportunity and leaned forward and gave her a passionate kiss.

She stepped back a bit due to the surprise and soon kissed back. Her hands weaved their way into my navy blue locks and pulled me a bit closer. I put my hand on her waist and ran my tongue on her bottom lip. She soon gave me permission and slowly slipped my tongue into her mouth. I slowly moved my tongue around and then pulled away.

"I should leave my dear." I said sadly. Alice looked down to the ground, "That's probably the best decision." She said gloomily. I nodded and turned towards the mirror and took a breath. I walked into the mirror and then ended up in my garden facing the tree that had the rabbit hole. Except, the rabbit hole was gone.

Alice's POV: Ciel soon stepped through the mirror, never to be seen again. I fell to floor sobbing, the one man I loved is gone... forever..........
