"Aiya, they're coming!" Kaite yelled. Hearing the iron clamour coming from the forest path. An arrow peirced the skull of one of the lackeys they hired. Scyth and Nik began climbing up the trees that surrounded them. Kaite took a glance at Aiya before swiftly climbing up as well. Aiya took two minutes to lay down a few traps and scaled the trees.

"Sir, i think we lost them" one of the guards below said to his captain."wait for my signal" Aiya whispered to her group, the other three nodded in understanding. The guards soon walked into one of aiya's traps, making an enormous jet of toxic gas erupt from the ground. The guards stumbled around blindly as Aiya yelled "NOW" Kaite and aiya pulled up their black scarves and dived into the chaos. Cutting through the large group of guards in mere minutes. Nik and Scyth shoot arrows from the trees. Once the guards were dead, and the forest floor drenched in a consiserable amout of blood, they sheathed their weapons. The two archers climed down, carefully avoiding the traps Aiya put down. "So captain," Nik said "we going to a tavern now?" the group sighed at his bahavior. "We have to be careful." Scyth said. Seconds after he said that, an arrow came flying towards Aiya. She barely moved in time. Nik shot an arrow into the bushes and a small amount of blood came gushing out thr bush. Aiya clutched the black amulet underneath her black armour, releaved to find it was cold "there are no more guards after us" she said "we can go to a tavern now." Nik grinned, " the one who loses at cards is the one who pays." kaite looked at Nik "but you always win" she pouted, remembering the last time she played him at cards, ahe lost all her money, and some of her clothes. Nik smiled even more "you could always bet your clothes instead" aiya punches his shoulder teasingly, while Kaite stared at him. "I was just joking kaite"

The group of thieves went to the nearest town and entered the first tavern they saw. "The bloated donkey?" kaite asked "sounds cheap" Aiya shrugged "if it gets me drunk, im all for it"she exclaimed. As they entered the tavern, they were greeted by a blond woman in black leather "hello there" she said " you might be just what i need to solve a little problem i have"
