ALL THE ART IN THIS BOOK ARE NOT MINE! All ART GOES TO RESPECTIVE ARTISTS BECAUSE THEY ARE AMAZING!

"Come on Maddie! Chrsitmas break just started and it's time to hit it off with a party! Let's go tomorrow night!" a certain blonde haired friend of mine hopped around me in circles, her hands waving as she tried to convince me once again to go to this college christmas party at the dorms this Saturday.

I chuckled and shook my head at Lacey's hyperness. She was very persistent mind you, but I kept my composure as I hugged my books to my chest.

"No means no, Lace. Like I keep saying repeatedly, parties aren't my strong suit." I told her and she stopped bouncing only to hop onto my back. I almost stumbled forward onto the floor but I steadied myself, while still holding my books in my arms. I glared over my shoulder at her and she slammed a pair of reindeer ears onto my brown head of hair, making me cringe at the itchy fabric scratching my ears.

"Come on, it's Christmas spirit!" Lacey whined again, holding out her arms and I placed my books in them so I could grab her thighs to hold her up. I knew she couldn't tell but I was blushing like mad. I'll let you in on a little secret, I have a crush on Lacey... I am lesbian. Of course, she doesn't know this because of how hard I have kept it a secret from her but I was just worried that she would reject me as even her friend.

I gripped her pale thighs tightly, paranoid she would fall and kept walking to our apartment.

"No, Lace." I said to her while looking ahead, ignoring her fidget on my back. I blushed more as her breasts rubbed against the back of my head.

"Fine! Then we'll have a party at our place! Tonight will be Maddie and Lacey's Christmas extravaganza!" She waved her hands in a rainbow motion over her head and that's when I nearly dropped her. Was she insane?! Or deaf?! Or both?!

I literally just said parties weren't my thing and here she is rambling about what to do for one at our home! Ugh, why do I lo-like her again? I groaned and just sighed.

"Fine..... But no alcohol." I told her and she squealed in excitement. I smiled and continued to carry her to our apartment. Might as well get ready for that party then.

I stood in front of my bedroom wall mirror, looking at my reflection. Lacey made me wear a Santa Claus dress, black heels, and a Santa hat. She had curled my hair and everything.

I shook my head and stood up straight, walking out of my room to see the apartment decorated and people already arriving. Mostly friends and family of Lacey. I'm shocked that they came at such short notice. But at the same time, I'm excited for this. Parties weren't my thing but I was willing to give it a try for Lacey.

"Oh my God, Maddie! You look amazing!" I heard Lacey scream and I felt arms around me. I blinked and looked at Lacey in embarrassment.

That's when I noticed what she was wearing. I blushed and pouted. "How come you made me wear something nice while you get to wear casual clothes?"

Lacey wore a black button up collared shirt, a green jacket, an elf hat and jeans. On her feet were a pair of elf like heels with the tips curled upwards.

Lacey giggled and shrugged. "You deserve to look nice out of everyone once in a while, Maddie." She told me and grabbed my hand and dragged us over to the front door to greet people.

The two people I greeted first were two boys, both smiling. One was wearing a navy blue scarf and the other who was a blonde wore a black coat and gloves. They both looked familiar.

"Thanks for inviting us, Lacey." The blonde one said, smiling charmingly down at Lacey and she blushed a little but smiled brightly back. I clenched my fists but kept a smile on my face anyway.

"It's no problem Chris." Lacey told them and led them inside. Then she stopped them and pointed up above their heads.

I looked up and saw a small green plat hanging there, jewels hanging from it as well. Chris blushed and looked at the brunette bot beside him.

I smirked and watched as the brunette boy looked down awkwardly and Chris lean down and lock lips with him.

I clapped with Lacey and they pulled apart before they scurried inside. Lacey came beside me again and I looked at her.

"Smooth.." I told her and offered her my fist to bump. She did and laughed.

"Chris is gay and has had a crush in Max since they first met. I decided to help him out a little..." Lacey shrugged but looked satisfied with her work.

I nodded and stared at her distracted as she looked towards Chris and I'm assuming the brunette was Max. They reminded me of two people... I couldn't really put my mind to it though.

I just stared at Lacey, admiring her beauty in the soft lights of our home. "Lacey....." Lacey turned toward me and smiled.

"Shut up..." She said and pressed her lips to mine. I blinked and gasped but caught her as she leaned into me. I kissed back but for some reason I didn't close my eyes. I couldn't help but stare at Lacey and her closed eyes as I did. She was so beautiful...... God I love her.

So while she kissed me, I felt my heart flutter and I glanced above us. That little green hanging leaf made me think about what's gonna happen to us now.... This is instant karma for letting Lacey throw a party isn't it? You damn mistletoe.... I owe you one.
