Today, 2 weeks after me birthday. Was Christmas.
I walked downstairs and saw presents under the tree and filled up with joy.
'Hi' Mitch walked up and hugged me tight.
'Joe is due over on 5, urgent apparently' He explained.
I heard a ring at the door and Joe was there, slightly smart.
'Hi' I smiled and he looked down at me.
I don't know what we were but I loved him and I'm sure he loved me.
'Can I come in?' He asked and I stepped out the way of the door.
I handed him his present and he opened it.
'Ok everyone, sit down' Joe said and I started gettin confused.
'As you know, I love Mel and after everything that happened, I still love you. You are the most gorgeous, am at woman in the world and anyone would be lucky to have you. So...Melody paige Martinez...Will you marry me?' Joe smiled at me from below.
Excitement rushed through ny body.
'Yes' I nodded, amidst tears.
