I bought her flowers, beautiful roses that smelt just like her, that's why I bought them. I walked into the library and the warm air made me have chills because of the contact I had previously with cold air.
I see the wonderful girl I have been talking to, already watching me smiling as she saw what I brought. "Calum!" She says shooting up and pulling me for a hug. I didn't realize our height differences until now and she wasn't even tall enough to reach my neck so I pull her up wrapping her around my waist.
She felt so small, so delicate. She was my princess.
"Thank you." She says staring at my eyes, I stared back at her lovely light blue ones.
We both sat down as she grabbed the flowers and gave them to the librarian. "Karen, please keep these for me." She says coming back over to the table.
"Did I prove to you?" I ask. "Not fully." She sighs just as the bell rings.
