The audience screamed one last time at the top of their lungs. They didnt want me to leave. And truth be told, i didnt want to leave either. I could see in Their faces, lit up with joy at the beginning of the show, now showed a sense of sorrow and saddness. This was it. It was over. For them and for me The lonely hearts club tour was over. Forever. Holding back the leftover tears from earlier in the show, I walked backstage. The cheering from the crowd continued, as they chanted "marina!" and "we love you". Wow. I couldn't believe it. All of the hardwork I put into this album and this tour, the years i spent going after my dream, and it was all so worth it. As I walked further, I was greeted by the band. "great job tonight, guys!" I said, hugging each of them. *don't cry, don't cry* I kept thinking. after hugging multiple people and thanking others, I saw out of the corner of my eye Charli. And...oh gosh...what is this? She's crying? "aww baby sis come here!" I said as I walked over to her. She grabbed my hands and looked me straight in the eyes. "Marina, I'm...I'm sorry, I don't mean to be crying right now, silly me. It's just, this tour has been the experience of a lifetime for me. I had so much fun not only performing but also hanging out with you. I'm so proud of you, marina." she said, as her voice became shaky," I'm just sad to see it come to an end." she hugged me. Not like one of those weak, forced hugs. Like a real, loving hug. And she was sobbing in my arms. Great. Ofcourse I immediately started crying too. Two girls crying in eachothers arms. Charli gasped for air and let out a cry. "aww honey, shh shhh shhhhh it's okay" I whispered in her ear as I stroked her back with my hand. "I love you big sis" she whispered back. As I went to let go from the hug, charli was still holding on tight. Well, I might as well enjoy it, burns wasn't able to come for the week. Finally, we both let go. As she walked away, she had a look in her eyes as tho she wanted to say something to me, and just as she was about to open her mouth to say it, security came over to inform me where to go to meet fans. I walked along side him. After a few steps, I turned around. "goodbye charli!" I yelled back, but she was gone
