This isn't a one night stand

Ororo POV

Here I was standing in my room completely confused on what to wear with Finn tonight. He said he'll be by here at 8 and to wear a dress . " The blue one ." I was startled by my brothers voice . " How long have you been standing there ? " He walked closer to my side of the bed and pulled my black shoes out . " Long enough to see your eyes divert between that red dress and this blue one . "
He grabbed the  blue dress and held it up against my body . I grabbed the blue dress from his hands and began to walk to the bathroom .

I stood in front of the mirror looking at my body in this tight fitting dress with the slits on the side . I was highly insecure about my body sometimes and this happened to be one of those times . I didn't like showing off much but maybe a little something but this dress showed to much . "  I don't like it . " I could hear the annoying sigh from Kovu as if he was outside . " Let me see  . " He said slowly swinging the door open to make sure I was dressed . The dress was tightly fitted on my body hugging me in ways I didn't want to be hugged . " I love it . It doesn't look that bad at all . "
" That bad ? So your saying it looks somewhat bad ?" He chuckled for minute than realized I was actually serious. He stepped closer and put his hands on my shoulders while resting his eyes into mine . " You look fine your just nervous . " A knock at the door both broke us from thought . I already knew who was at the door but didn't have the guts to move . He placed a light kiss on my forehead and began to wake towards the door . I followed behind him once I gained the courage .  There Finn was , standing in all his glory ,  at the door way . He was wearing a black button down shirt with black pants . He had a bouquet of red roses in his hand . Even though my favorite flower is an Adenium but I know he couldn't touch it even if he wanted to . It's poisonous . I grabbed my purse off the chair and began to head out door . I placed a kiss on brothers check and grabbed onto Finns' arm . " Have you ever rode in a carriage before ? " Finn said smiling down at me and my eyes automatically lit up . Before I could even answer , I was meet with a white carriage almost like the on Cinderella had .  It was beautiful absolutely stunning . I didn't hesitate to get in at all and was maybe to excited about riding in one . Finn got in after me and sat beside me allowing me to rest my head on his  shoulder .

"Where are you taking me ? " He only answered me with a smile ,  no words just a plain smile but it was enough . We arrived to a restaurant called the Mansion and from the name I could tell it was expensive . Finn got out first and held his hand out for me to grab to help me down. The outside just added to the name , it was literally a modern day mansion. I followed behind Finn and held onto his arm as he lead us inside . We were sat all the way in the back , closed off from everybody. " If I would have known it was going to be a place like this I would have dressed up more . " He chuckled and told me I looked beautiful as he pulled out my chair .

We talked for what felt like hours about random stuff. Our lives , what we wanted , wrestling ( of course ) , animals , & so much more . It wasn't what I was expecting but I'm grateful for what I got . He made me have butterflies in my stomach and made me feel  like I was 12 again. We were finally done but the choice of transportation had changed . The white carriage was now a red Ferrari and sitting in the passenger seat was another bouquet this time white roses . He pulled the door open for me and waited for me to get in .
He got in on the other side and started the engine. " You like flowers ?" I nodded in a yes and I saw a little smile press against his face .

He put the car in park and held his hand out for me to get out . I grabbed it as he assisted me out the car and stood in front of the botanical garden . " It looks like it's closed . ". I already knew it was but I could also tell he didn't care . He pushed open the fence as if it wasn't illegal, I grabbed his hand and followed him inside . I held his hand all through out the garden and followed his every move . We stopped underneath this waterfall and looked into each other's eyes . He pulled out his phone and began to play Damn U by Prince . It was sweet and cute . We swayed our bodies together and moved to the song . He pulled me in tighter and embraced me with a kiss . My whole body felt like it was on fire , he was like a fire that I didn't mind burning for .

He pulled away and grabbed my hand leading me to another part of the garden . I felt his grip tighten and it caused me to jerk a little . " What is it ? " I asked a little bit to loud and to late . The night guard shined the light in our direction and with out hesitation , we took off running .

I put my hands on the car to try and catch a breath from all that running . Finn wasn't to far behind me because I could hear him laughing. " You...find...this...funny?" I asked as I grabbed the car door handle to get in the car . He was still laughing as he made his way around to the car " Are you okay ? " He asked with all concern and no laughter . " Yes I'm fine , just tired . " I replied while putting my seatbelt on and trying to lean the seat back . " It was kinda funny . When was the last time you were chased out of a place ? The last time you felt like you were 17 ? " I giggled at his question. " I've never got chased out of a place because I always stayed by the law , unlike you sir . "
" My deepest apologizes."
" It was funny though & it was fun . Not just this but the whole date ,don't beat yourself up about it to much . "
He smiled a placed a kiss on my forehead before starting the car . I leaned back in the car and waited for my sleep to come and get me .

The car stopped infront of the hotel . I heard Finn get out the car and walk around to my side to help me out . I sat up and reached for his hand . I couldn't have asked for a better night honestly ,especially not a better person to spend it with . I began to head to my room as he followed me to make sure I got there safe . Once outside the door I stopped and looked at him . We both had the same don't go type of look . " I had fun tonight Finn . Thank you for that . "
" You don't have to thank me , I'm just glad that you did . We can definitely do it again . "
" Agreed we will ." He grabbed me and pulled me into a hug before kissing my forehead for a final time . I grabbed my key card out and immediately passed out on the bed . I could feel Ryder taking my shoes off and pulling back the covers to help me in more . " You can tell me all about it tomorrow. " He whispered to me before he went into his own bed . I fluffed my pillow before laying my head on it to go to sleep.
