"So.. Bea.. You ready for the trip tomorrow?" Drew asked out of nowhere. "Huh? What trip?" I asked as usual unaware. "To the empire state and around town silly! Plus we have to check out UNY after just so we know our way around on the first day tomorrow."Drew shook his head and laughed. "Oh shut up,drew! At least I didn't squeeze my fish's stomach thinking it was too faaatttt!" I yelled as I ran to my room and slammed my door shut.

"Bitch! Open up!" I heard Cindy called from the other side of the door. "No! Tell me a knock knock joke!" I smirked knowing she gives bad ones.

"Okay. Knock knock." Cindy said. "Come on in!" I said not even opening the door. "Aww you suck! Let me tell it!" She whined. "Fine. Who's there?!" I asked clearly knowing it's either the etcwho or the sheila joke we made last year. "Etchos!" She said holding in the laughter. "This better be good. Etchos who?" I said opening the door a little. "Etchos meee!" She said pushing the door backwards.

I fell to the floor bum first. I heard a slight laughter as she entered.

"Nice fall Andrews." Matt said helping me up. "Yeah yeah! Shut up, matt!" I said rolling my eyes. "Where's Drew?" I asked. "Oh. You're boyfriend? Oh yeah. He's outside with may!" Matt answered uninterested. "You don't have to come if you don't want to,matt" i said. "And leave you with him? Are you kidding me?" Matt raised his eyebrow and laughed. "You're despicable!" I said raising my arms in defeat.

Cindy got her phone and left my room leaving Matt and I alone.

"What's going on between you two? Are you together or something?" Matt asked scared to know the truth. "What?!? Pft! Drew? Nah! We're just friends" I explained with a smile on my face. But I knew deep inside it was supposed to end that way.

Matt and I left my room and we saw three happy faces ready to see New York.

"You ready gals? And guys?" I yelled. I heard multiple replies such as,"sure why not?","you better make this memorable bitch" along with a giggle,"As long as Im with you", and "where is the food for this trip?". I giggle escaped my lips.

I got my bag and closed the door behind me. I looked at myself  and smiled. I was wearing a mint green skirt with a white blouse and mint green doll shoes. I grabbed the polaroid camera Matt gave me and hopped into the car. Drew was driving since he was the oldest and I sat shotgun.

We first went to the Empire State. I smiled and took a picture of it. I stared at the photo intently. A felt a sense of warmth on my shoulder and when I turned around I saw Drew with a cup of Starbucks coffee. I thanked him and was about to leave but he pulled me away.

"Bea, you know we weren't supposed to end like this right?" Drew said looking at the ground. I nodded and hugged him. "But whatever tomorrow brings, we need to be ready and this was destiny. Maybe we were brought back into each others lives for a reason, Drew. Just keep believing.." I said lifting his chin up and kissing his cheek.

I was about to leave then,"But how can I when HE is here?" Drew spoke softly. "Listen, Drew. Am I worth the wait?" I turned around and hugged him as I spoke. "Every damn second." He hugged back tightly and kissed my cheek. "Every damn one of them." He continued.

A smile formed on my once frowning face as he held my hand and walked with me towards my friends. As we saw Matt's eyes become narrow, Drew immediately let go.

Cindy and May seem to may have felt the tension so they took me away.

"What's going on?" Cindy asked clinging to my arm. "Trust me, I have no idea.." I said and didn't look back. But I knew the tension was strong. A tension I didn't wish to have.

We stopped in Starbucks and got ourselves a cup of whatever we wanted. I sat in a booth near the windows and looked outside. It was raining. To be honest, it calmed me down.

I heard a thud and knew someone sat in front of me.

"Calming huh?" Someone asked. I looked at the person and saw that it was Drew. I smiled and nodded getting comfortable in the chair. "I remember you telling me how it calms you down and all you had to do was wish it was raining. "He smiled as he remembered those moments we used to share.

I sat uncomfortably and asked,"why did it end like this?." I looked outside the window again waiting for his reply. "I don't know but it all ended when you left." He said as if I broke another piece of his heart. Well what's left of it. "She loved you first, Drew.. We both knew that.." I said. "I know.." He said. "I know.." He continued.
