Be Active.
Make sure too join plenty of sports to keep yourself occupied, to you your first year in high school will be stressful but its a-lot easier than what the upper class have to go through, to them being a freshman would be a piece of cake.
Joining sports will help keep you distracted from all the stress you will have when you actually start getting tests and homework. It's going to be hard. Be prepared, and stay focused. As long as your keeping your grades up you should look into sports.
TIPS:
- Find out what your good at. When you do that you can narrow it down to if you want to be in a club, or a sport.
Clubs
Chess, Checkers, Robotics Club, Stage Craft, Performing Arts, Singing...etc.
Sports
Football, Cheer-leading, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball...etc.
- Whatever it is try out.
- Make friends on the team. Making friends is really important because you need to be able to work well with your team and it's important to be able to make friend, I mean, think about it you already found someone that enjoys that same thing as you. So you should consider them a friend already.
