Chapter 2 ~ Changes

Summer break
Well that is something amazing even if i love school, yes i said it i love being in school. I'm known in my school as Blue Ivy "The School Nerd" because i get straight A+ 's and "lardo" please don't ask...they think i'm weird,ugly,nerd but i'm not i guess?
To be honest, i'm sick of being "called" like that, so i decided to try something.

*LAST WEEK OF SUMMER BREAK*

I'm scrolling down my  Tumblr ,cause nowdays everygirl has one am i right?
I saw this "before and after" picture of a nonthat famous Tumblr. "NO FREAKING WAY THAT'S NOT HER" is the only thing  i could say...that was not the same girl. To make sure that is not fake i searched for more #Tbt pictures on her instagram.
I found this 2011-2015 before and after picture I nearly fainted she looked like me and then POOF! Tumblr girl just like Madison. My thoughts were interrupted by  my mum calling me for lunch. I sat there eating but the pictures of that tumblr girl were still "bothering" me.
"Mum can i dye my  hair?" I said. Where did that come from,i was scared but at the same time interested in her reaction. "Well your 16 so why not?" , i just couldn't believe what i heard. I'm finally going to be like Acacia Clark,Kylie Jenner and the other tumblr girls.
"THANKK YOU SOOO MUCH!!" I shouted almost screamed, i gave her a big hug and a kiss on the cheek. I was on about to run in my room when i realized i could buy some clothes.
I turned around when i heard "Yes Blue you can buy some clothes too, but with your cash i will just pay for the hair there 40$" i thanked her again when to my room and changed. I called Mads if she had time to go with me, she agreed actually she had it too.
I was ready to go, i ran downstairs listening to some random music, kissed my mum and said "bye".

"Come in Bitch...haha" Madison shouted i just laughed the way we joke with each other is just life.
We were 5mins into the car ride and we already sang our favorite songs on the radio station.
'Scars to your beautiful by Alessia Cara' came on the radio, this was my favorite song so I obviously sang along.

"You have an amazing voice Blu...why don't you go auditioning for a like talent show or x factor?" Madison said when i finished singing.

"You know, i don't like singing infront of that many people and i'm scared of what people would say...anyway let's turn on another song" i answered while changing the song into "locked in heaven ? By Bruno Mars"
Again we sang along.

We pulled into the parking lot of one of our biggest Californian Shopping centers.
We parked our car and walked into the so called Heaven.

"So first of let's go and change your style" she literally screamed. We went through all of the shops that were new to me like Victoria's secret, H&M, forever 21 , american apparel and Brandy Mellville. I was stunned by the stuff they had so i almost forgot about my new haircut. I payed my clothes and ran with Mads to "Vanessa's Hair" with my hands full of bags. That was where my friend worked she is in early 20s but we're great friends. We walked in as the room was full of people so Mads justcsat down on a couch and started to read Cosmo.

"Hey Blue Ivy your mum already called and told me everything so in which hair style and color do you want?" Vanessa looked at me with her greenish eyes.

"Well to be honest i haven't thought of the color i'm not sure but clearly i don't want it black" I quickly answered turning my gaze to mads who looked at me saying " well you could dye it in red or like the one from the game of thrones?" That's when it shot me "what if we turn it into lavender? " both Vanessa and Mads nodded that's when the process began.

After like 3 or maybe 4 hours i was done i looked at the mirror. As i was staring at my reflection in the mirror i was shocked that just wasn't like me at all i liked it.

Both Madison and Vanessa were shocked, there was a silence until "well i have to admit i did an amazing work it's will just appear a little more purple on the pictures or sun but it will eventually disappear" Vanessa . I just nodded thanked her and payed 40$ . And went to the car.

Back to home madison took like millions pictures of me. And talked bout tumblr and ya know girly things ahah she told me to be confident and not scared about school
But deep down i was af.

*September 1st* aka School day

My alarm went of at 6:30 as i woke up i tried, i said tried to do my bed and after that going downstairs eat my Breakfast mg mum left before she went to work. As i noticed that it was 7 i ran upstairs first dress up as Grunge style which is inspired by the 90s that's why i love it and done my makeup and hair.

Let me tell you how i was dressed: a now tank top, ripped jeans, kind of timberlakes and a dark Military jacket
For the makeup i did the 'perfect' cat eye and grunge style.
Well let me tell you I actually can't recognize myself. That's when i knew i succeeded. Before running to get my board i got my fake plugs lip piercing and my bag.

I got my skateboard, plugged in my earphones and skate to school because even if it was far af i needed to ;)

The school came onto my view as i saw people coming through the gates. " All i want by A Day To Remember" was now quietly playing while i was walking with my skateboard in hand into the school.

I heard gasps and 'who's that's or is she new? But you could hear even 'is that blue ivy? Or is she an emo or grunge? We got more newbies' Well there were even compliments.

I walked to madison who hugged me as i did back her group of girls some of them i didn't really like but ok. Madison told them it was me Blue ivy or who i was because when i was a nerd almost no one knew who is actually Blue Ivy Cardwell. My thoughts were interupted by Mads and me walking  through the hall while freshmans,sophomores even. Seniors looked at me.
She was telling me some gossip about some peopl joining our school or returning. When i saw what i thought i would never again. You know that moment when you stop and suddenly tense  can't breathe or talk well that's what happened to me why?

Well.... there he was after 5 years there he was...
