A/N The whole story will be put in Lucy's POV, enjoy!
I was sleeping peacefully in my bed until rapid thumping came from outside my door. It scared me so much that I flew out of bed and landed on the floor hard. "Ouch," I said slowly getting up, "who is it and what do you want?"
"Lucy it's George, get your butt down here now we have that important client today and you overslept," I glanced at my watch and cursed. 10:30 it read, our client was due at 10:00 and I could already hear Lockwood talking to him downstairs. "Alright! Hang on!" I yelled and threw on my clothes before bursting out of my room and sliding down the banister. I jumped off right outside the living room and walked in smiling at our client. Lockwood gave me a glare that told me I was late, I simply smiled and sat down on the sofa next to him. "Ah, you must be Ms Carlyle," he said shaking my hand. "My name is Michael Smyth and I am the keeper of Greenwood Cemetery." He was an old man maybe about 70 years old, with smile lines and blue/green eyes and he had little hair left. I shook his hand back, "Pleasure to meet you."
"Ok!" Lockwood said clapping his hands together, "time to get down to business. Mr Smyth, you say you have a problem at the graveyard late at night?"
"That's right, when I have finished checking over the graveyard and turn my back on it, I feel hundreds of eyes watching me and an unwelcome presence at all times." He said, shuddering at the very thought. "Am I correct in saying that you would like us to have a look at the graveyard?" Lockwood asked. Mr Smyth nodded and Lockwood grinned. "Perfect thank you sir, we shall see you there at 7:00 tonight then."A/N this is just a short beginning chapter, the next chapter will most likely be when the trio enter the graveyard but no more spoilers for now! I will update later tonight goodbye for now!
