chapter 1

"  Morticias POV

       "Hey morticia ,some people are coming in to adopt and your first up so come on ."said celeste. She's the caretaker of us. I got up and followed her down stairs to the conference room where I saw a blonde lady and a blonde boy .
 
        I sat down in the chair on the other side of the table ,facing towards them. "Hi I'm Kelly hemmings and this is my son Luke hemings ."she said smiling at me. "Whats your name? Can you tell me how old you are? "She said kindly .I smile at her .

     "my names mortica and I'm 8 !you are pretty just like your mom! "I said the boy luke. They both laughed. "Can I have hug ? "I said to luke. He nodded his head and opened his arms ,i jumped into them and squeezed him tight .

         I giggled and went to the lady and hugged her too. "Can we take her home? " the lady said to the care taker.  The caretaker gave them some papers that they wrote on. The lady smiled and picked me up and told me they are taking me home and that she was my new mommy and Luke is my new brother.
 
      "OK child services will be doing random check ups on you to see if morticia is in a good family. Other than that ,that's all so have a good day. "Said the caretaker

        They nodded an we went outside to their car. "Wait what about my stuff? "I said. "We are gonna take you shopping to get new stuff, is that OK with you? "I smiled. "Can I get candy? "I said. And she nodded ."then yes it's OK with me!"I said smiling Luke laughed.

        Luke sat next to me in the back ,he put my seat belt back. "I'm 11 I'm about to turn 12 ,just so you know. "I smiled I'm so happy I have a big brother.

       "Tell me about yourself morticia ."said my new mom."umm my favorite colors are red, purple, and black, my favorite food beef jerky, and I like to read. "I said thinking of what else. "Oh I don't know if she told you but I take medicine for what's it called... adhd? "She laughed .

     "Yes she told us, so does your brother. "She said he looked at me and smiled. The car stopped and I saw we we're at the store. "We are here. "She said.

     Luke unbuckled my seat belt and he got out the car and picked me up. We walked in the store. "Luke take her to get clothes I'm gonna get her bed and stuff. "She said Luke nodded,grabbed a basket placing me in the back  and we headed over to the clothes.

       "What do you like?"He said. I saw some shirts with skulls on it so I pointed to that. He smiled. "That's what I was thinking. "I giggled as he kissed my cheek. "Can I get some harry potter stuff?"he nodded. And we walked around and found a rack with harry potter.

     He got me some cardigans, shirts, and socks with Harry Potter. He placed it in the basket. he went to another rack and grabbed some pants. "Do you know what your size is? "He said.

     "My size is 5 ".he looked around and threw some pants in the basket. Then we went looking around the store. "When we got home ,I want you to meet my bestfriend Ashton you'll like him he's cool. "He said he picked up his arm, I balled up. He might hit me!

      Luke picked me up as i started crying. "I'm sorry, please don't hit me ill be good ."i said ."sshhh no I'm not gonna hit you I won't ever hit you. "He looked me in my eyes and wiped my tears. "I won't hit you, if anyone ever does hurt you I'll hurt them back ok? You won't get hurt while your with us. "He said and kissed me on the cheek

     When I calmed down we went to where my new mommy is.

kellys POV

     I saw Luke headed my way with a concerned look on his face. Morticia was in the from basket eating a candy, Luke left the basket right new to a toy rack in front of us so she can play with them.

     He came over to me ."mom I think her parents or someone would hit her, when we we're looking for clothes I stretched out my arm to get her out and she started freaking out thinking I was gonna hit her. "Luke said quietly.

    I looked at her with a hand over my mouth. I can't believe people would hit their own kid or any kid for that fact. Child abuse Pisses me off so much. I went over to where she was. "Morticia can I hug you? "She looked at me and nodded with a big smile on her face.

    I hugged her really tight and gave her kisses all over her face, she started laughing, she's so cute. "You don't have to ask to give me a hug, you know. "She said giggling. "Good ".I have her one more kiss to the cheek. And moved the basket to the cashier.

     We paid  for all the stuff and went home. I think having Morticia is gonna make our lives alot more fun and I'm looking forward to seeing her grow up.

    by the time we got home it was already dark Luke went off to his room and so did Morticia .I checked on her when she was asleep and kissed her on the forehead I went to check on Luke and he was still awake.

    I kissed him on the cheek then went to bed.

Luke POV

I was just about to fall asleep when I felt something moving in my sheet I sat up and looked under them really fast .it was Morticia  she sat there looking at me with big doll eyes and I  them were tears. she sipped her eyes sniffing

    "Can I s-sleep in here with you... I had a bad dream."I grabbed her pulled her up to me. She laid down and I wrapped my arm protectively around her .I waited for her to fall asleep. My eyes we're heavy so since she fell asleep I let them close and drift of into my dream land.

.so this might be crappy because I'm in the hospital sick right now and I can't keep writing so I'm just gonna publish this like this so yea
