After that kiss (a shoey fan-fiction)

Shane's P.O.V

i woke up later than usual. I checked my phone. I got a text from Joey. He sent it 25 minutes ago. I felt really bad. i wrote back as quick as i can. He had asked if it was ok for him to come over. i wrote back 26 minutes after he wrote. So i told him i was asleep and its ok that he can come over. He wrote back quick. As if he was waiting for my reply. He wrote that he needed to talk to me. I was suprized. So i wrote ok and ill see him when he gets here. He wrote ok bye. i wrote bye. He came ringing the doorbell about 15 minutes later. I opened the door.

Shane: Hey Joey

Joey: Hey Shane. Can i come in?

Shane: i dont see why not.

I let him walk in and he seemed scared. I walked to the couch sat down. I told him to sit down. He actually did as he was told. His beautiful green eyes got caught into my blue eyes and he was frozen. I froze a little bit but i had to ask before he is unreachable

Shane:Joey. Hello? Is Joey in there? What did you want to talk to me about?

Joey: Huh? Oh, sorry. I keep spacing out. I didnt notice how beautiful your eyes are? What was your question?

Shane: Thanks. The question was "What did you want to talk to me about?"

Joey: Oh, right. We need to talk about the kiss.

Shane: Oh right. The kiss. I hope that didnt ruin our friendship.

Joey: WHAT, nooo. Ive been thinking....

He's been thinking? thinking about what? About our relationship? I need to know.

Shane: Thinking about what Joey?

Joey: About the kiss. I felt something. i..........um............liked it.

He liked it?! Unbelivable. I could of sworn he was straight. I could of sworn he didnt like me. So now i have to ask him.

Shane: J-j-joey?

Joey: Yea?

Shane: Do you like me? As in, more than a friend.

Joey: Yea, Do you?

Shane: Yea. I thought you werent gay. I only liked you after the dare. When did you start to like me?

Joey: After the dare.

We smiled at eachother and his head leaned closer to mines. Before i could say anything else, i felt his warm lips on mines and before i knew it, he was kissing me. Before i had the chance to kiss back, he stopped.
