"That one." I said as we pulled up outside my house. I smiled at him and as I went to leave, he took my arm signifying me to wait. "Here," he handed me a scruffy piece of paper with what I assumed to be his phone number scribbled on it. "Call me sometime?" He added before opening his own door and walking around the front of the car to open mine. "Thank you so much for the lift." I said and he smiled sweetly.  "No problem. See you on Monday." I waved to him as he pulled out of the driveway and walked unsteadily (due to the alcohol consumption!) to my front door. Breathing in deeply, I opened it and stepped in feeling the warmth surround me. "You look hideous. What happened to you, why did you go out in that, you look like an ugly piece of crap." I let my sisters abuse roll off of my back as I trudged up the stairs to my attic bedroom. That was my safe haven. I broke down as I shut the door to my room and stared at my pig like self in the full length mirror. I tore the dress from my body and began to scrub at my revolting face. After a while, I became tired and climbed into bed feeling worthless. All through the night I was constantly replaying her hateful words in my head.
