Mila j. POV*

I woke up tired and had a headache. Today is my little sister miyoko birthday. She turning 18. But the girl act like she 21. Have her own car and makes more money then me. Now that's sad. How the hell I'm older then her but she a better woman then me. I stretch then hop out of bed. I ran the shower hot and hop right on in. I can stay an hour in this shower. The party don't start till 6:00. My sister miyoko was born close to Christmas. So its a cocktail party. I hop out the shower wrapping around the soft big towel. I walk in my closet trying to find something to wear. I look and seen this black dress with my Christian louboutin pumps that's goes with my clutch bag. Craig bought me the shoes and bag. I couldn't afford the shoes. I grab my stuff and settle them on the bed. I got a text from Kayla.

Kayla- hey I was seeing if you need a ride to the party

Mila- no not really..my sis is coming

Kayla- okay..have fun

Mila- ima try

I chuckle and put it back on the charger. Then miyoko called.

'Hello'-mila

'You still coming'-miyoko

'Yes..ima be there..I need a ride tho'-mila

(Sigh)'OK..ima send someone..girl you need a car'-miyoko

'I will..when I get a better job'-mila

I hung up and sat down on my couch. It's only 1:30 so I have plenty of time to take a nap. I laid down watching lifetime movies. I close my eyes then fell right to sleep.

I woke up just in time. I went to my room and got dress. I put on my lotion then put on my heels. I went to my jewelry box and got my charm bracelet that my dad bought a few years ago. I heard the door bell ring. I grab my clutch, jacket, and my keys. I open the door and saw jhené boyfriend Troy. "Hey Troy"I hug him.

"Hey sister-in-law" he said walking me to the car. He open the door and close it for me. He ran to his side and got in. He smile at me and start the car. To me I think Troy is handsome but Troy have some issues. He been in jail a lot. So we he see' a woman including my sis, he will sometimes touch them or say dirty things. I don't know why jhené told his ass to come pick me up.

{Party}

I walk in jhené house looking for miyoko. Jhené house was like a small mansion. I saw my saw my grandmother sitting down talking to my aunt. "Hey grandma" I hug her. She smile at me then frown.

"Where is Craig" she ask. Why people think I'm still with this man.

"Me and Craig..took a break from each other"she gasp.

" well..I just saw Craig over there talking to your sister"I raise my eyebrows.

"Craig here" she nod her head then pointed by the table. He was talking to a girl. I roll my eyes and went to look for my sis. Miyoko was outside by the pool talking to a girl.

"Oh..hey sissy..how are.." I cut her off.

"Who invited Craig here" I ask.

"I didn't cause I know y'all broke up..buy I think jhené did" oh really.

"Where the hell is she" miyoko sigh.

"I don't know" I sigh heavily walking back inside. I felt someone grab my arms squeezing them.

"Ouch!" I screamed. Some people look at me like I was crazy. "What the fuck is wrong with you"

"Why did you leave me ha...you believe some BITCH over me" he said.

"Craig..you broke my heart..I believe her because I know you been cheating on me with someone else..so just let me go before I tell big john on you"he laugh.

"Who is big john" I chuckle. Big john was my aunt boyfriend. He was standing over Craig like he was a mutt. Craig let me go and walk away.

"Thanks big john"
