Chapter 10: the Boss Fight Part 1

It was the next morning and Raven sat up and stretched with a yawn. She looked around and saw that the boys were still asleep, so she smiled and got up quietly and walked out of the room without waking them up. They looked so peaceful while they slept. A few minutes later they woke up and yawned.

"Morning Raven..." they said at the same time as they heard Raven walk into the room. "Morning boys. Sleep well?" She asked in a cheerful manner and smiled. "Yeah." They all said and stood up then stretched. Raven smiled and walked out of the room again and they all followed her. She walked outside on the balcony and looked around at the destroyed city and took a deep breath and relaxed as the boys got ready for later on that day. After a while they had ventured out, walking around the city, walking through the empty streets then Raven stopped walking as she and the boys heard a strange roaring noise in the distance.

As it drew closer to them, the ground began to shake. The shaking was getting more violent as it got closer and Raven had lost her balance and she grabbed onto Phil for support. A shadow was rising up from one of the streets as if something was walking in their direction. A loud roar could be heard along with the ground violently shaking. Buildings crashed into the ground and a large amount of smoke was in the air due to the debris. And all of sudden a large creature rose out of the smoke and roared again showing rows of its sharp teeth.

It had long sharp claws and a giant spiky tail. It looked like giant lizard but a lot more dangerous. Raven went wide eyed when she had realized something. The person who must have destroyed the city must be controlling this creature to destroy all the buildings in the city! And if she was correct, he must be with the creature...or somewhere within the city to hide himself, either way he's going down. The creature was as tall as two tall buildings in top of each other, and as big as three buildings in a row. Raven slowly narrowed her eyes as she let go of Phil and the Jabbawockeez lined up in front of her and glared at the creature as it destroyed more buildings.

'This is our final battle to restore the city, the man was the final course. If we win we get the city back and we can rebuild it. But if we're going to go down, the man and the creature goes down with us. It's either all or nothing. There's no turning back.' Raven thought to herself as he had her backpack on her back and she looked around a bit then she pointed up at the massive creature before them. "Jabbawockeez! Take that creature down!" She yelled as the white substance covered their faces, creating their masks and they immediately ran towards the creature at a fast speed.

As they ran the smoke was getting thicker and thicker as more buildings were being destroyed. Then the Jabbawockeez disappeared in the smoke and the creature roared in pain as the boys had the action of attacking it. The battle had begun.
