I'm going to update you guys now so you won't have to deal with it later but this story is only one chapter long. I wrote it years ago and just checked on it to find a bunch of people leaving comments about wanting more but it's been over 3 years and im not finishing it so I'm sorry. If you want to continue reading, then you are welcome to. I haven't read over it so I'm not going to change anything in the story other than this update.
"You know, any girl would kill to be able to stand this close to me." He whispered in my ear as we walked side by side up to our street. His bright blue eyes piercing at the side of my face. I force myself not to stare back at him with my brown ones. I look down at the ground and at the corner of my eye I see him reaching for my hand. I pull away even though I know I'll regret it.
"Don't flatter yourself." I walk ahead quickening my pace. I look back and see he's trying to catch back up to me...

Meet Cassandra Marie Worthington or 'Cassie' for short. She's sarcastic, a drama queen, and she speaks her mind no matter what. She has long, light brown hair and light brown eyes to match. She's only 5'4 of height and she only weighs about 105 pounds.
Meet Brent Rivers. He's rude, self centered, sarcastic, and he has a short temper. He has dark brown hair and bright blue eyes. He's around 6'2 and he weighs 175 pounds.
Brent's just the boy next door who makes life a little complicated with Cassie. Every time there around each other, both of their hearts skip a beat.
Is she falling for the right guy? The player? The bad boy? The jerk?
Or is she falling for someone else? Her favorite person? Her best friend? The boy she knew her whole life? .... Max?
