The Elite 4 Revving Up! Part 1 Sidney The Dark Type Elite

Steven was hesitant to leave me with the Elite 4 but I didn't care. I wanted to become stronger so I could defeat Lysandre and Takashi. "Alright Axel. We are at the first room. Alain and I will be waiting for you at the end of all 4." He says. I look at them both. Why were they so nervous at this door. I just nod as I walk in seeing them stay out and close the doors. I turned a around seeing nothing but darkness as I travel through the room. "Come to the light..." A man says as a lantern waves back and forth. I slowly walk towards it not sure what it is that is going on. I touch the lantern and the whole battle field lights up brightly and the man is revealed. Steven said his name was Sidney the first member, he used dark types. I looked at him as he smiles. "Sup Kid. So your the rookie!" He says smiling. I nod as he points. "Steven told me you had a pretty strong team. But today you'll only be using one Pokemon in each room." I look at my Pokeballs already knowing who I was using for each team. But I looked at the amount of Pokemon I had. It was only 4 but there are 5 people I am battling today.. I don't hesitate about it and I listen to Sidney. "So will I be battling your Pokemon Team." I ask as he points. "Yep, just go on the other side of the battle field and send out your first!" I run over to my side of the field as I look at my Pokeballs. I suppose I should boost up my Dark type with Dark type training. Sidney yells, "Oh and Steven wants you not to use Mega evolution. If you can't battle without using your Pokemon's real strength you will never win potentially." He says as I throw my mega ring in my bag. "Alright, shall we?" I say as Sidney nods throwing out Shiftry first. I nod as I send out Absol. Absol barks as he looks at me, "Command me well or we will lose.." He says as I do not understand him. "His Pokemon are very powerful. As long as you focus we can defeat them.." He says as Absol barks once again. I nod as I watch Shiftry do flips as it waits. "Shall we begin?" Sidney says as Shiftry stands in a fighting pose ready. I breathe slowly. Time to show our stuff...

Meanwhile, Steven and Alain watch on a screen in the champion hall. "We will conduct the battles as judges." Alain says through a microphone which we hear from speakers. I point. Sidney begins to get ready watching Absol. I begin to make my move. "Absol!" I yell as Absol knows what I want him to do. "Yes Master Axel!" He says as he runs up the wall running at top speed howling. Absol makes about 50 clones while doing a Double Team then lunges at Shiftry using a mighty whirl of many X-scissors. Shiftry locks on the real Absol as it rushes into him crushing it into the wall making him howl. I widen my eyes as I get my game together. "Use Hone claws 2x!!" I smile as Absol's horn gets bigger and sharper as he rushes at Shiftry using Megahorn smashing Shiftry into the ground then tossing him up following by using Superpower into Shiftry's back. "Yes!!" Absol yells as Shiftry falls back down barely standing. "Finish it!" I say as Sidney nods at Shiftry. They were up to something.. Sidney speaks finally, "Shiftry use EXPLOSION!!!" He screams as Shiftry smirks exploding knocking back Absol but not much.
I cover my eyes as the explosion goes away leaving a crater on the ground. "Seems your a strong one..." Sidney says as he grins. "Welp! Round 2!!!" He says as he sends out an Absol. It looks just like mine.. Weird.., I think to my self. His Absol barks as it runs to me. "Use Focus Blast Absol!!!" He says as a huge orb of energy launches at Absol and he barely dodges it. "That was close..." Absol says with nervousness being expressed. I nod, "X scissor!!!!" I say as Absol jumps spinning clashing with the other Absol fighting fiercely, seeming as if they knew each other's move. Absol barely got a hit on Sidney's but it still was struck pretty bad. I watch as a dark light emerges and Sidney's Absol is a Zoroark!!! I blink in amazement. "I had no idea!!! That was pretty good Sid!!!" I yell as I slick my hair back as I get so pumped up. "Absol!!! Finish Zoroark!!! Use Play Rough!!" I say as Absol grins acting childish as he wrestles with Zoroark but suddenly kicks it in the gut knocking it up. "This was an easy one!!! HAHAHA!!" I say, but as I did not watch, Zoroark flew back down and used a powerful Aerial Ace! Absol in agony falls as he feels something in its fur. IT WAS A TOXIC ORB!! I watch as Zoroark does a peace sign before fainting from toxic. Absol falls a bit more as the toxic is effecting our battle style. Absol steadily stands tall gazing at Sidney with anger ready for anything. I smile. "That's it Absol... Show him your full power." I say as Absol's horn grows huge and Sidney grins. "Perfect.. Let's finish this..." He says as the field opens and circle pads beneath us float in water. I wobble on mine as Absol tries to stay calm. "LET US END THIS DARK AND DEVIOUS BATTLE!!! SHARPEDO ANNIHILATE!!!!!" Sidney screams as a shark spins out of the water making a huge wave of water splash everywhere. This Pokemon was Sharpedo for sure. Strong and Speedy!! Absol nods as Sidney gets his Mega Charm and evolves his Sharpedo into Mega Sharpedo. "This is the test! Beat Sharpedo without using mega evolution!!" He smiles as he points. "We go first!! Sharpedo use Crunch for a bit!" He says, and for sure Sharpedo rushes at us with jaws wide, I had to make my attack! "Absol! Block it with Night Slash!!" I yell as Absol speeds up at Sharpedo and the two mighty Pokemon clash together blocking each move the other launches, it was a brawl! Sharpedo's massive jaws were fierce, every chomp this Pokemon took was fast!! "Absol!! You've gotta be faster! Concentration is the key!! Just measure the attack speed!" I say as Absol replies, "But Master Axel! I can't predict it! It's way to fast... Wait... Maybe if I..." Absol stops as he watches Sharpedo. Absol reads the thoughts of Sharpedo waiting for it to strike. "He's going for a left the bottom Poison Fang!" Absol says as he uses X-scissors slicing Sharpedo, not once but 5 times! "Sharpedo!!! No!!! Use Waterfall and go full power!! Then use a powerful Ice Fang by adding your ability Strong Jaws!!" Sharpedo nods in agreement as he uses waterfall then adds a huge crunch, this move had looked like a huge Aquatic dragon coming at my Absol! It was powerful and amazing at the same time. But I had to focus on this! "Absol we must take it head on! USE MEGAHORN!!!! I scream as Absol roars and spins at Sharpedo colliding with so much strength there is a powerful explosion which burst completely inside of the field making the water beneath float and splash all around making huge typhoons from the power of our Pokemom. Sidney covers his eyes as the collision makes powerful winds, I do the same as I fly back a little. The two Pokemon finish falling back as they both hit the walls. Sharpedo moves but falls to the ground fainting. Absol stands with all its might. I look at the screen and Absol had a health amount of 1hp. We had done it! We defeated Sidney... "Sharpedo, you did well. Please rest." Sidney says as he walks over to Absol healing him completely. Absol Ruffles his fur and passes out from exhaustion still. Sidney laughs, "You two did great! But it is time for your next challenge.. She's better than me! Phoebe the Ghost Elite." He says, I stare. "I don't have a ghost Pokemon... So what should I do..?" I ask. Sidney nods, "She knows. Maybe you have another Pokemon that you can train with?" He says. I look down. There was one.. One I even knew before Giga... This Pokemon and I use to be great together... Until we lost in a tournament back in the Orange Islands... I look at Sidney. "Yes I do have a Pokemon I can and will try using." I say as I stand up. "Let's battle again someday Sidney. When I become the champion I have always dreamed of.." I say before leaving to the next hall going to my next challenge. "Takashi... Lysandre..." I whisper, "IM COMING FOR YOU!!!!!" I walk towards Phoebe's door ready for everything.
