today is the day i start my little mini journey and im gonna document it all here just to make sure i have everything written down and in order. Im so far about 45% done with my school year and i want to be 100% ready for prom, not because i want to impress anyone, all i want to do is impress myself.
so add this to your library to keep updated with me and maybe even join along, im gonna be attempting the fitbit app (A friend of mine said she lost 10 pounds from it) to see how it all works out!

I just finished my first day!
I ate spaghetti for lunch (210 calories) and Tortelloni for dinner (264 calories). So basically 474 calories today in total and I drank 400 ml of water.
I also ran a mile around my house while listening to some podcasts (which i recommend because that way you wont be bored while running/walking !)
ive also decided im gonna weigh myself every morning ! (by the way i dont eat breakfast so thats why i didnt include breakfast!)
if you guys are going to do the fitbit app comment so we can be partners and do it together.
