"Oi! Queer!" The kid behind me shouted.
I buried my face in my hands and rubbed my eyes. What gave this kid permission to talk to me like that? What did he even know about me? Nothing. I groaned. This kid had been testing me since day 1, and I was just about DONE with it.
The chair scraped behind me as I stood up to my great height of 6'5 and glared at this idiot. "What did you say?" I asked in a grave tone.
I could see worry in his eyes, but he laughed it off and gestured for his friends to join in the taunting. I growled and with a swift maneuver, I grabbed his shirt and pulled him out of his seat.
The kid squealed like a little girl and I pushed him into the window with all my might. The glass shattered and fell over the classroom floor with a crash.
"MARCUS RODGERS! YOU PUT HIM DOWN THIS INSTANT!"
I turned around to see that the teacher had entered the room. Her face was flustered with a mix of anger, confusion and what seemed like frustration. I don't know why. My teachers expect this from me. I'm not exactly a goody two shoes around here. It's not like I've ever hit anyone before.
With a sigh I dropped the kid on the floor and he scampered away to his buddies. Everyone in the room was staring at me, eyes wide in shock. The kid I had attacked was wiping the blood off of his face while his friends muttered derogatory comments about me. I shrugged it off and glanced back at the teacher.
"Just...wait outside. I'll deal with you in a minute." She grumbled, heading to the injured idiot. I sighed and walked outside into the scorching heat and sat on the wooden bench. I'm pretty sure it must've been designed for primary schoolers, it was that small.
I put my face up to the tinted window to see the teacher helping the idiot hobble out of the room. She helped him across the courtyard to the nurse's office. I glared at them as they walked across, and the teacher glared back at me. Guess she wasn't my biggest fan. Whatever.
She returned a few minutes later and glared at me while sentencing me to a visit to the principal's office. With a groan, I stood up, cracked my back, my knuckles and my neck before reluctantly making the journey across the school grounds.

"Marcus. I should've known it would be you when I was told I had a student to speak to."
I chuckled lightly and collapsed onto the seat. "Nice to see you too, Ms Conick."
"This is no laughing matter! You've been through 4 suspensions and I'm not sure the school board is not too happy with you still here."
I smiled a cheeky grin. "But you love me, you know. You'd never get rid of me."
Ms Conick sighed. "Sorry Marcus. I wish I could say that. But this is assault. The police have been contacted. They're on their way here."
My eyeballs nearly popped out of my skull. "Huh?"
"And that kid you nearly killed, his father is one of the best lawyers in the state. Things aren't looking good." She added reluctantly.
I just sat there, taking it in. How was I going to explain this to my little sister? Or my dog for that matter? Or my parents? My god, they were going to murder me.
"Am I...still here?" I asked nervously.
"Sorry kid." Ms Conick sighed. "I'm afraid...you're expelled."
