The reason he is number ten because, titanium hard skin, where they got steel from I have no idea. Bullet proof, fire proof, and only one weakness. But he is the lowest in the top ten because he has the power to save the world and he only protects one city, he is just too perfect, as in righteous and he is just kinda gay.
