I have a major anxiety disorder, and I have panic attacks. I had depression as a tween, but I got help, and I got better. My anxiety disorder causes me to not be able to have feeling in my body (can't feel arms, legs, feet, hands, etc), and most times, forget where I am. I have has anxiety since I was 5, and I usually describe it as feeling like "I am in a dream". My anxiety holds me back from doing things I love, and it has been getting worse. I have been doing many at-home treatments and online "help tools", but none of them are working. There are many things that I have learned among the 10 years of my anxiety that I can share in the first part of this book, and I would really like people to contribute with their stories. All of the stories shared will be anonymous, unless the person who messages me says otherwise. If you have anxiety, depression, or panic/anxiety attacks, please message me your story. You are not obligated to, and if you do not feel comfortable, please do not feel like you need to. I will be updating this as much as I can, and I will try to daily. I will explain what I do to try to rid myself of anxiety, and if you have anxiety, you can try following my tips. If you would like to message me just to talk, and not with a story for this book, feel free to anytime, about anything. Pretend i am your best friend. I will not share any information with anyone, and it will be confidential. Please think of me as a friend, and not as a therapist. I will help as much as I can, and then some.
