"I am so done here. It's too good, I can't cause damage here." I said to my best friend Emry.

"Okay listen Rose, just because you're half demon doesn't mean anything. Would you rather leave or stay up here with me and the rest of us?" he said and grabbed my waist.

"I love you Emry, I really do but my place isn't here and you know that better than anyone. I am a demon, you're an angel. No matter how much I want it you and I can't be together." I said and kissed him quickly before turning away.

"Just because you're leaving doesn't mean I can't still come after you. You will be seeing me again, darling." he said and crushed his lips against mine once more.

"I love you Emry." I said after pulling away.

"I'll miss you." I shouted as I jumped out of heaven.

I finally woke up in my fathers Lair.

"Well I have to say Rose I never thought you would finally come back." I looked my self up and down in the mirror my room had. My dad had taken time to set up a room for me when I told him I was ready to come.

I had on a long black plaid shirt that ended at about my upper thigh and was open to show a black tank top. I also had a pair of ripped black skinny jeans and a pair of black combat boots. I fixed up my long black hair.

"Yeah I actually missed this place. Too bad I won't be staying for long. I feel like I belong in the human world." my hair was so dark it was actually a deep blue, the major giveaway that I wasn't a pure angel. My father had fallen in love with an angel and conceived me, breaking every rule there was. I had a long blonde streak in my hair to prove that I was still half angel. Since I was part angel and part demon I was beautiful. I had been born so beautiful it was scary. I had flawless skin that was pale to a beautiful tone. Not a mark on my skin. My figure was perfect. I had amazing legs and perfect hair that constantly looked amazing. That only issue was the ugly scars on body, mainly my back and wrists. The proof that no matter how perfect you looked you really weren't. In heaven I suffered physical pain constantly due to the fact that demons weren't allowed in heaven.

I felt the five piercings on my ears. Two that were at the very top of my ear side by side, the tiny hoop in the middle, and the two at the base of my ear. I had the same on the other side.

"Are you sure?" he asked.

"Yeah." I replied with a smile. My father smiled back at me.

"Have you found your gift yet?" he asked. Every angel has a gift along with the other powers just as demons do. I nodded my head. Demons have several powers all for the purpose of destruction. Their powers consisted of causing pain to anyone they want, the ability to hear, smell, and see impossibly well, and teleportation. An angels gifts are hearing, seeing, and smelling impossibly well just as demons but they can also become invisible as well as be impossibly beautiful leaving an irresistible aura. Being half and half all my senses are heightened to the extreme and I have all the gifts of an angel and a demon. Every angel and demon have a special gift though. Mine are the ability to shift into any animal that I want and I can move things with my mind. On top of that I can fly with the wings of a demon and angel. One of my wings are black and one is white, just like my eyes. One is white as snow and one is black as night.

I explained all this to my father. He was surprised at all my amazing abilities, not expecting me to be so powerful.

"Get to bed kid. It's late" he said and left. I have insomnia so I almost never fall asleep. But strangely I was able to that night.

When I woke up one of my best friends from the demon world, Jordan, was there.

"Rise and shine sweet heart it's time to wake up." she shouted in my ear.
