The cold barrel of the gun: that metalic feel on my ear was the feeling that every soldier knew as "death." I'm tired. Tired of all the abuse. I never had a good childhood. Bullies. Family infighting. Terrible school grades. But I'd still take all of that over the shit that I've gone through. But that life, a normal life, is long gone. Long dead. Like my family. Like my friends. Like my enemies. Cerberus offered me salvation. They gave me power, training, direction. Anger, hate, agression, an unfailing survival instinct. But it was all lies. Cerberus is the reason why my life will never be normal. Why I have no life. I pulled the trigger.

Empty. The gun had no thermal clip. Cerberus murded my family and stole my life. They used me, abused me, and lied to me. Now I will make them hurt. Make them bleed. I will feel the powder of their shattered bones. The searing of their burning flesh. The warmth of their running blood. I will kill every last one of the Bastards who took my life away. I am Subject Seven. I am vengence. I am fear.
And I'm coming for you...

Author's Note: This is a prequel to my series, Mass Effect Retaliation, and it's about the character known as Lieutenant Sev. Sev was made by a friend of mine so I'll try to answer questions about him the best I can. Hope you like the series. Any tips will be appreciated.
P.S. The title "Renegade Lost" is a parody of the series "Mass Effect: Paragon Lost" which tells the back story of the new character to Bioware's Mass Effect 3 much like how I'm telling the story of my new fan character, Sev.
