Chapter 5

''No!'' I said.

I woke up all out of breath and scared. I was shivering. Iwas lucky that it was just a nightmare. Chris and me are still alive.

Today we have classes. Today we are going to found out which house has the strongest wizard. Every house chose one representative for their house.

The representative of Ravenclaw is Ben Imer!

The representative of Hufflepuff is Mark Osera! Alice likes him.

The representative of  Gryffindor is Sara Voker!

The representative of Slytherin is Lora Voker!

First Sara Voker vs Ben Imer!....The winner is Sara Voker from Gryffindor. And now Lora Voker vs Mark Osera. Lora Voker is the winner. Now the final. Sara Voker from Gryffindor vs Lora Voker from Slytherin.

''Good luck'' Said Alice. ''Good luck to you to.'' I said. The finals are starting. ''Stupefy!'' We both said. We both fell on the floor and the final battle is a draw.

When I was returning with Tom to Slytherin house, Lana appeared behind me.

''What do you want Elizabet?'' I said. ''I challenge you to a duel, here in the hall at midnight. I hope you'll come, if you aren't scared.'' Said Lana, she went in the Slytherin house common room laughing. I was so angry.

''You can't accept the challenge, it is to dangerous, you could be expelled.'' Said Tom. I am going to finish the duel in few seconds.'' I said, I was smiling.

It is midnight. I went into the hall, Lana was waiting there for me. ''Oh, look who came with a boyfriend, just now we will see who deserves the power of Slytherin, and that would be me.'' Said Lana. Tom looked at us confused because he didn't know what were we talking about. ''What power of Slytherin, what are you talking about?'' Said Tom. "I can't tell you that, it's a secret but maybe the day will come when I can tell you everything'' I said.

The duel starts. ''Stupefy.'' We both said. Lana fell on the floor. ''Crucio!'' I said, Lana was screaming. ''Avada Ke...!" I started to speak it, but Tom stoped me. Lana looked at me so scared and then she left.

I started crying. ''Why are you crying Lora?'' Said Tom. ''I almost killed her.'' I said. ''It's going to be ok.'' Said Tom. We returned to our rooms.

The next day I received a letter from my father.

It said

''Clare, I have something important to tell you about that mark on your hand. Because of that mark you wont grow up, when you are 15 years old which is in 5 days. You can live forever but you have to kill people to take their life energy because their life energy keeps you alive. In 15 years you can brake the spell by going to get married. The guy that you love is not going to grow up either, and friends and family that you care about. And it might happen to Alice to because she has a part of Slytherin in her. Love your mum and dad''.

I couldn't believe that I'm not going to grow up 15 years.
