After Nanami had left Tomoe was left with Mizuki in the Mikage shrine. "I can't believe Nanami just got up and left!", Tomoe ranted. Onikiri and Kotetsu had been so worried that the shrine would fall to pieces without a land god. Mizuki glances over at Tomoe, "It's your fault Tomoe. " Tomoe turns and glares, "It is not my fault you Snake!", Tomoe hadn't been the same sense Nanami had left a week ago. Onikiri and Kotetsu glance over, "Nanami has passed Mikage's mark to a new girl who coming up to the shrine."
Sakura glances up at the Mikage shrine and sighs softly before continuing up the stairs to the shrine. "Who was that girl, she kissed my forehead...weird and then gave me a map to a shrine in the middle of nowhere, which is a couple miles from town!" She cried. She didn't understand any of this, she had been born into a rich japanese family but never thought her own father who didn't want to see her would kick her out on the streets. "I can't believe him..." She mutters quietly before looking up the shrine in front of her and smiles sadly. "I guess this is my new home." She mutters quietly.
Tomoe quickly looked out of the shine to see who this girl was. "My...my, isn't she a loud one, but she's not like Nanami." , he sighs softly before grabbing Mizuki shoving him out, "Go help her you fool." Mizuki glares at Tomoe, "You could help her too you damn fox. Though I'm sure that I the best familiar of the Mikage shrine can do this on my own.", he snickers. This caused Tomoe to glares even more making him angrier then he was before, "Tch...I'm better then you as a familiar than anyone like you, you damn snake.", he said angerly. Tomoe walked out of the shrine appearing before Sakura and looks her in the eyes, "Who are you and where is Nanami?" He asked sturnly. Sakura looked up at Tomoe. "Ariyoshi Sakura, and I don't know who Nanami is okay? Some girl gave me a map and kissed my forehead..." she grips her jacket and sighs. "I just want to go home." She mutters. "Then why don't you, you don't belong here. " , Tomoe said rudely. Sakura gasps softly and stood her ground, "I...ugh...I can't...", she said shyly and looks down at the stone path. Tomoe sighed angerly before walking away, "Fine you can stay, you start work as a land god tomorrow..." , in truth he didn't like this one bit but for now he would have to put up with this girl.
Sakura walked in side of the shrine, she was about to collapse from tiredness from trying to find somewhere to stay when her knees gave out and she falls over, she closed her brown-greenish eyes waiting for impact with the ground but instead her hit a soft chest which belonged to Mizuki, "Are you alright milady...you look very tired. You should get some rest. Here I'll take you to your room milady." He smiled picking her up bridal style.
Once they got inside the shrine and put in bed. Being who Sakura was she didn't fall asleep quickly because she had so many thoughts going through her head. "So this is my new room...and home..." she mutters quietly. How was she was supposed to survive the night in a house well shrine full of strangers?
