True Friendship, True Life

Hi, my name is AnnahBell. I am 18 years old, and this is the story about my crazy life with my best friend Roxanne Lewis.

I am sitting here now thinking to myself, "Is it true? Are they serious, or is it a joke?" I just couldn't decide. Why would she make this decision? Did she make this decision? It all started 3 years earlier.

*****3 YEARS EARLIER, 15 YEARS OLD***** ******FRESHMEN YEAR*****

Roxanne and I had met in the 8th grade. I wasn't sure about her at first, but we became really close. Her and I were inseparable, we never went a day without talking to each other. We've been friends ever since then. We are now freshmen in high school, and gonna go through the whole experience together. Our first day was full of all kinds of excitement. There were cute boys, annoying teachers, and of course mean girls. There are always mean girls no matter what school you go to. Once we got there we went straight to our lockers. That is when Roxanne and I realized that our lockers were right next to the head mean girl. Her name was Melissa Ryann. She was medium height, had long wavy brown hair, and every guy wanted her. The first words that came out of Roxanne's mouth were, "Oh joy! We get to be next to little miss princess!" and of course Mealisa heard. Melissa then just looked at us rolled her eyes, mumbled under her breath, then walked away with her group of snobs. I never once thought that was going to be her reaction. After that Roxanne said, "Well we better get to class Annie." I then said, "Okay, lets have a better rest of our day okay, Roxanne?" "Fine, I'll try." Then we walked to class. Our first class was English. Roxanne and I got a little upset when we didn't get to sit with each other. On top of that she got even more upset when she saw who I was sitting with. Roxanne sat with this other girl named Crystal Clearwater. Very nice girl. I sat with this amazingly adorable boy named Austin Mahone. He had brown shaggy hair, amazing bluish-green eyes, and a fairly light complexion for someone who lives in Colorado. He introduced himself and said, "Hi, I'm Austin Mahone, and you are?" "I'm AnnahBell Jackson, nice to meet you." Then I tried to smile my best smile possible. Once class started, Roxanne was staring at me the whole time. She was mouthing to me, "Omg! He is so cute!" "I know!" was all I could say before Austin passed me a note saying, Look I know we just met but, do you really think I'm that good looking? all I could do was look him in the eyes and nod 'yes' as I blush uncontrollably. The he wrote, Well would it be bad if I thought the same about you? Quickly I wrote back, No as long as you mean it. I don't like when guys lie about stuff like that you know? Then he looked at me and nodded , adding a little smirk. When he did that I instantly fell in love with that amazing smile.

Roxanne's POV

When school finally ended I knew I needed to talk to AnnahBell about that boy she was sitting with. I was searching everywhere for her. I checked her homeroom, I checked her locker, and I checked the bathroom. I then decided to txt her,

To-Bestie

Hey where are you I've looked everywhere!! >.< Hurry and txt me back.

I stood by the lockers and waited for her to txt back. 15 minutes later I was so relieved when she txt me back.

From-Bestie

Hey Rox, sorry I just disappeared, no need to freak out. I decided last minute to try out for the soccer team. I will tell you more in a bit, okay.?

To-Bestie

Omg! Thank goodness you txt me back. I'm glad you decided to try out for something, but mad you didn't tell me! Oh well meet me at my locker. Kk :)

A few minutes later AnnahBell finally showed up.

AnnahBell's POV

When I saw Roxanne I knew she was kinda upset with me for not telling her but it was so last minute. As I walked up to her she met me half way. "Hey Rox, sorry it took me so long." I told her trying to be apologetic. " Annie I am so mad!! I really wanted to talk to you and you were no where to be found. When you finally txt back I was so relieved." "Well don't worry so much Rox, what was the worst that could have happened?" I said this as I started to giggle. "Umm, I don't know someone could have stolen you!" "Okay, I highly doubt that. So what did you want to talk to me about that was so important that you flipped out on me." Once I said that she got really happy all of a sudden and said, "Sooo, whats up with you and that boy in English?" I started to blush and she noticed. " Nothing really, he just found out that we thought he was adorable, and then he said he thought I was to. Nothing to exciting." I said it trying not to make a big deal out of it, but knowing her she was gonna flip out! "Omg!! Are you serious! He thought you were cute too!! Wow Annie he totally likes you!" She was so excited it was like she was psychotic. I tried to make her calm down, because she was being really loud. I finally got her to drop it and we started walking home. Her mom was gonna pick her up later tonight.
