Charles Trippy

As I walked up to the house, there seemed to be a unwelcoming feeling. Normally when I pulled up Zoey and Marley would be barking at my presents. This time there’s nothing. I just think that Charles must of a took the girls out on a walk ; Alli’s car is not there. Well why would of they asked me to come to the We The Kings concert and Charles needs to play as well, if they are not home.

As I think about it the last Concert I went to with Charles was the first time I met Travis, Danny, Coley and Hunter and we had the best night out ever! From that night me and Travis have been best friends and this unwelcomed feeling is getting worse.

As I walked up to the door, it was unlocked which was not right if they were out.  Well maybe they are in the pool with the dogs, I think to my self. With a deep breath I open the door. Hoping nothing has gone wrong, as a year ago Charles had a brain tumour and has recently had a seizure because of the tissue scaring. I walked in when I felt some sort of fury this roll up against my leg. It was Marley. I looked down at her and saw that her paw and leg was bleeding. That’s when I realised that we were surrounded in glass and I said to my self, “ There is something up, Where is Charles? “

After I moved Marley away from the glass, I wondered to my self where is Zoey as she is the shyest dog and will go away from any danger surely if Charles had another seizure she would be with Marley.  I then walked into the kitchen and I saw no Alli no Charles or anyone else except from the apple mac book, which was opened and Charles normally edits the Vlogs for their channel on YouTube called CTFxC.

Meanwhile in the back ground I could hear Marley whimpering in the background, As I slowly creped around the table I heard the door open and as what I could hear it was Alli and her mum walking in ; I kept on going around the table. I saw Zoey lying on the floor. Then Charles lying Motionless.

“ ALLI “ I screamed at the top of my voice “ ALLI “ I screamed again just to make sure she heard. I turned around to see Alli running toward me. I think she was more scared to see who was in the house then what was the matter, as she saw me she relaxed ; but then she saw Charles and dropped to his side. As soon as she realised what had happened she ordered me to dial 911 and get an ambulance. As I had never called for a public service I dial the number the number and passed the phone over to Lauren as soon as possible as this may save his life.

I stood frozen staring and alli crying over Charles still body when. Suddenly he started twitching I rushed to his side and helped Alli make sure he didn’t hit his head and do bad damage to his skull. Then I noticed that Alli’s hands well bleeding, I asked her what she had done “ The glass, the glass I put my hand in it. “  As she said that I took over her holding the blanket under his head and I told her to go and wash up, Hoping that the paramedics would be here soon.

Alli had just finished washing her hands when, there was a knock on the door and Lauren went to go and get it. The paramedics took over the scene and I stopped holding the blanket. It was a scary experience for me, Alli and her mum, “ We now know how Danny feels “ Alli said and we all agreed.

Danny, Charles best friend and drummer in the band We The Kings, had also went though this experience when they had just played a show and suddenly he just dropped to the floor. Luckily a Starbucks Coffee broke his fall and he didn’t do to much damage and that’s when we found out he had this brain slug. I told alli to go with Charles in the ambulance and me and Lauren would go in her car and that’s what we did.

On the way there me and Alli’s mum had a good chat about the family and how things were going, as we were going to start taking about the show tonight an that who is going to take Charles place. We then heard a faint We The Kings song. As we got closer the sound got louder ,and louder. We finally got to the source of the sound and it was the boys on their way to the show, “ Trav “ I shouted at him, he looked and saw me. “ pull over at Starbucks we need to talk its really important!”

We got to Starbucks and I explained the situation of what had happed and about the show. I was in middle sentence when I got a phone call, its from Alli, I thought to my self. She explained that Charles had just woke up and that he was stable at the moment and I explained that we had met up with the guys. I put down the phone. “ We need to go to the hospital “ I heard Travis saying “ we need to “ We all got in the cars and drove ; this time Travis was in our car and he sat next to me. I couldn’t help my self but to rest my head on his shoulder and start to cry. Normally I would of a been crying with Alli at the house but this time it seemed different, like I had to be strong. Travis comforted me by hugging me when I felt something in my pocket. I got it out. It was Charles camera, I must of a grabbed it on the way out of the house. Being a Sister to a vlogger seems almost a natural thing to grab a camera at any unknown time.

As we reach the hospital I take the time to find a quiet place outside and explain what had went on to the camera, I don’t get embarrassed anymore to film in public since he has been doing it for nearly 5 years even thought you do get a few strange looks. Still shaking I carry on filming on what’s just happened and if he is ok for tomorrows vlog.  I have even realised how nice of a day it is in Florida.

Starting to worry I walk into the hospital to find Travis waiting for me, “ Vlogging were you ? “ he asks. “ Just keeping everyone up to date, its probably easier for me to say it then them anyways.” I reply to Travis. Now I relied even though its been a bad day he has just made me smile.       

We walk into Charles room and I see which looks to me a completely different person. I like the lively Charles more than the motionless one. I walk up to his bed and to his delight I hand him his camera …
