Akemi heaved a pleasant sigh as she leaned back in her chair. She had eaten most of her food, except the blueberry creme-brûlée. As she looked at it, she whined. On the other hand, Misaki had eaten everything and was waiting patiently for the the check. The waitress came back with the check, and asked the whining girl if she wanted to take home the rest. Akemi nodded while rubbing her fat belly with a pout; wishing she could eat the rest. The waitress nodded, took Misaki's cash for the meal, and it wasn't long before she came back with a little to-go box. After Akemi placed the little desert ever so carefully in the box, thw two rose up exiting the patio going into the restaurant.

"Please come again!" The hostess said with glee.

"Thank you!" The duo said simultaneously.

As the two walked out, and joined the rest of the pedestrians, they wandered a bit towards the big water fountain placed in the center of the plaza.

"So, what now." Misaki asked, gazing at Akemi. It was the same look as before. His eyes were flat, and focused. She wondered if he was intentionally doing this.

"Um..." She paused. At the state of things, she didn't want to go home yet. It was like she went from step 0, to step 5 with Misaki, and it was kind of too much to handle. So her mind gathered her thoughts of what to say. She peered at her to-go bag and remembered that time she gave Usami Tiramisu. Although she didn't completely want to stop by at his place, she knew it was better than enduring this intimidation tactic.

"Um, how about we see what Usami-San is up to." Akemi said he peering into the fountain water. She could see him gazing at her though the water, but changed her focus to the coins that were thrown in there. Misaki scowled.

"Why?" Misaki scoffed aloud, seeming offended.

"Exams are in a couple days Misaki." Akemi said, still not looking at him, but seeing his face through the water almost made her laugh. He looked utterly disgusted. He heaved a frustrating sigh.

"Fine." He spoke out.

"Oh Misaki, I didn't think you liked Usami that bad." Akemi said lightheartedly, wanting to change the mood. Misaki's forehead twitched.

"Please! I hate that perverted old man!"

When Akemi and Misaki arrived in front of Usami's door, Misaki fumbled the key aggravatingly, mumbling under his breath. As they entered Usami was know where to be found, and it was really quiet in his condo. A faint sound of a shower could be heard. Akemi noticed all the neatly stacked piles of papers placed on his couch, coffee table, and quiet a few on the floor. Not only the papers, but it had been awhile since she truly looked at this spacious condo. She walked over to the large windows and looked outside. The skies were brilliant. She felt that someone, or rather something was looking at her. She turned her head and saw a quite a huge teddy bear sitting perfectly at the kitchen table, looking at her. It, in away, reminded her of that cherub at the bistro waving at her. Akemi smiled and walked towards the stuffed animal. She immediately noticed the huge bow tie it was wearing.

"Why do you think he has teddy bear, especially one this size? She laughed out, while holding it. The bear was incredibly cute.

"Who knows, might be one of his," he paused leering at the bear disgustingly, "toys." Misaki finished as he was about to read one of the author's manuscripts. Akemi's face scowled.

"You're the one that's starting to become perverted, Misaki." She said sticking her tongue out at him. He blushed, and put down the piece of paper as he stood.
